Vacation rentals with breakfast in Brighton, Brighton and Hove

Loved the location, 50 yards away were plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. You do not need a car, amazing bus service in Brighton. The pavilion and the lanes are places to visit.

A lovely, spacious house in a great location. Wendy was super friendly and helpful, couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Diets and their dog Daphne made me and partner feel very at home and well accomadated, and the place itself was amazing ! Most definitely worth the price, we loved every second of our stay and reccomend to anyone in the area.

Orsolya was really helpful in getting us set up in the house. It is definitely their home and it made us feel cosy and at home, too. The sauna was also great!

Lovely welcoming hosts and very comfortable bed and an excellent shower. Would definitely return. Bus into Brighton and Hove is super convenient, basically on the doorstep.

This is a very nice cute old cottage. If you expect that, and not Four Seasons - you'll love it. It's very livable and enjoyable. The fireplace that Sara prepared for us was such a nice touch. Sara's communication has been superb - I'm sure we'll come back to her place!

We had a really peaceful 2 night stay here as a weekend getaway. Kevin and Helen's place is at the end of a quiet lane, surrounded by greenery. We (couple + 4 year old Labrador) were welcomed by Kevin and checkin was super easy, with some delicious freshly baked bread waiting for us in the kitchen. The place feels recently renovated and has been maintained with a lot of care. Clean bathrooms, premium toiletries, comfy king sized bed. Helen and Kevin also shared with us lots of things that we could do around the area. Although we just ended up spending a lazy 2 days in the end, there is quite a bit to do in the vicinity, including a walk right from the front of the house. We really enjoyed the fireplace in the living room and Kevin even setup a chiminea outside for us (sadly weather didn't permit). All of us, dog included, really enjoyed our stay here!

Very clean and peaceful environment. We were arriving very late and Jenny made sure lights were left on to help us find the way; it couldn’t have been easier. Very helpful and considerate hosts.

Jenny’s place is in a perfect location in Hove, within walking distance to loads of lovely restaurants and bars and very close to Hove Station. We really enjoyed our stay the apartment was extremely clean, comfortable beds and very modern throughout. We will definitely be back, thank you Jenny.

A lovely little flat right in the middle of the laines. We had a great stay. The flat is gorgeous and the hosts were very accommodating with some really nice treats left for us. The ladies at the Flower Pot were also super friendly and helpful: thank you so much!

Jason’s place was an ideal set up for us to spend the weekend in Brighton. With a baby and a toddler, it was set up really well. Great location we just walked everywhere. My little girl absolutely loved the bed and it was a novelty being in a place with new toys. This property is lived in but a great stay for families : ).

Richard is a wonderful host, very thoughtful and going above and beyond that of a host. We asked for an early checkin which he was happy to accommodate, even offered to pick up my partner from the bus station, very sweet. The ‘savants quarters’ as he calls it were delightful, the view was amazing and we had a really comfortable stay. Even before arrival, the communication with Matt was quite fantastic: he writes in advance exactly how to plan your stay, where there is a parking space where the keys for the apartment can be found. He also gives tips and hints on where to find excursion destinations, attractions, recommended restaurants and shopping in the area. The apartment is beautifully located. We had breakfast every morning overlooking the sea. The apartment is immaculately clean and superbly equipped. We found everything we needed (more than that: even a hair dryer that we forgot at home, we found in the apartment). We immediately felt at home and implemented many of Matt's suggestions and visited so many great sights and excursion destinations in the region. Thanks for that - it was wonderful!

We had a lovely weekend in Brighton for my partners birthday The studio is small but perfect for a weekend. Great location, walking distance to shops, restaurants and the seafront. Everything you need in the studio. Very comfortable bed. Denzie was a fab host, very friendly and welcoming, offered local recommendations and very responsive. Perfect place to stay for the Brighton Marathon. The accommodation was very clean, spacious, comfortable and peaceful. Easy access into Brighton, host very helpful.

I had a comfortable room in Jane’s home. Other guests arrived and we had a fine time connecting in Jane’s kitchen. Jane laid out a simple nourishing breakfast, made coffee or tea. The location was excellent. Jane was a considerate and friendly hostess. Thank you!

Andrew is friendly, considerate and a great host. I felt right at home and loved the colourful, cheerful decor. Breakfast options and coffee choices were plentiful. I had everything I needed and the location is spot-on to dip into the hustle and bustle of Brighton, and then escape into the peace and quiet.

My wife and myself stayed in Mark and Steve's beautiful home. The instructions were very informative. The room was lovely and overlooked a private school and playing fields. Tea coffee and snacks were provided and a morning breakfast. Both were very friendly and welcoming. We chatted with Mark over breakfast who is charming and well travelled. We hope to stay again as we have family in the area. The property is a short walk to kemp Town and Brighton. 10 out of 10.

Jill was a delightful. if we had more energy, im sure we would have both liked to have gotten to know her better, and ask about her trinkets and seemingly very full life to date.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The property was immaculately clean, and the hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The space was beautifully decorated, creating such a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Our rooms were spacious, and we never had a problem with hot water — plenty for everyone! The location was also great, with everything we needed nearby. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay! Loved our stay.

Very friendly and helpful hosts and a beautiful home which was cosy and beds very comfortable. Easy to contact and arranged dropping bags earlier than check-in time and kindly offered to give us lift which was so lovely!
