Lovely, well-decorated apartment - easy stay for two people. Only a five-minute walk down to the seafront and close to the Pier, and only a ten-minute walk to the Laines. Fair warning that staying in the summer means you'll want to bring a fan or sleep with the window open. The front window opens onto the street, so it's not great to leave open at night, but it's lovely during the day. Some people smoke in the alley behind the apartment, so it's also occasionally not great with the open bedroom window.

Quite simply one of the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Sharon’s place is super nice and lovely – and they incredibly helpful in pointing out where everything was. 1000% recommend. And it’s very close to everything!

Roland and Amy’s place is beautiful. It has a lovely homely vibe. It was right up our street. High ceilings, large windows and many original features. The apartment is tastefully decorated and furnished with just the right amount of quirky. Some quality period furniture and an array of pictures and artefacts. There’s plenty of books and cds to choose from should you want to just chill. It was more spacious than I expected, being over 2 floors with the bedroom on the lower floor where French windows lead to a secluded patio area. Perfect for breakfast on a sunny morning and drinks on a warm evening. There’s a light and airy kitchen/dining/living area with absolutely everything you need. Roland and Amy had put fresh milk and butter in the fridge plus there were a few treats. The house is on a lovely tree lined street. It’s quiet but not far from the shops, restaurants and amenities. Roland and Amy were the perfect hosts and made us feel extremely welcome. We’ll definitely be back.

Such a beautiful and homely flat in a quiet, residential stretch of Brighton, easily within walking distance from the city centre. Clare is incredibly helpful and accommodating and we had such a lovely stay. Thank you so much!!

We had a lovely weekend stay in The Flint apartment, it was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and even better than the pictures. The apartment was in a great location to Brighton centre with everything within walking distance, we would highly recommend a stay here and hope to return in the future.

We had a great stay! Very nice, high quality apartment. Extremely clean and tidy. Richard provided lovely food for breakfast and accommodated our dietary requirements. The only thing is the beds were both a little squeaky and wobbly. Overall, we had an amazing stay!

I had a very comfortable stay at Wendy’s place. The flat is well situated and I walked into the centre of town a couple of times. Wendy’s flat looks exactly like the pictures, it’s a beautiful flat and very comfortable. Wendy is a very responsive and accommodating host and there is a helpful mini guide in the flat too. I would consider staying at Wendy’s place again, as I had a good experience.

Such a great flat, just as described and full of thoughtful and useful touches. This really is a home from home with everything you might need for a relaxing stay in Hove. Really couldn’t fault the whole experience and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thank you Sarah!

We stayed for 3 nights and couldn’t fault the accommodation. Everything was new. We had our dog with us and wanted to use the green space in the parks opposite but a council run music and arts festival had taken them over so this was unexpected and a little inconvenient. The location of the apartment was excellent, with the Royal Pavilion, the sea front and the Lanes being very close on foot. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

Super close to the train station and about a 20min walk to the lane ways. The beds were super comfortable and all the spaces were very clean and tidy. Definitely felt like a little home to us.

This was my fourth time to stay at Dan’s apartment & I keep on returning because it feels home from home for me & my partner! This time we were lucky enough to have supper at Busby & Wilds, which is only open from Thursday through to Sunday. We would definitely recommend eating there, but it’s a pity that it is only open at the weekends. Here’s to more stays at Flat 2, No 10, Sussex Square in the future!

Natalie's apartment was amazing. very clean and in a great spot! the beds were so comfy and the kitchen was very fully stocked. the bathrooms and toilets were spotless and there were plenty of towels and toiletries. would be more than happy to stay again.

We had such a wonderful stay at Poonam's flat. The location is incredible, you turn the corner and are on the sea front! The flat itself is beautiful and there are many lovely local cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Poonam was always very quick to respond and very helpful. We would definitely book again!

Lovely flat with decor to suit the style of the building. Everything was very clean snd the beds were super comfortable. The area was quiet and we felt very safe. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to cater for ourselves. Communication was excellent and Catherine was very responsive to a query over a cot mattress which we couldn’t find. Would definitely stay again.

We had a fabulous stay at Fiona’s studio! It’s small but beautifully decorated and well-equipped, and was sparkling clean. We had everything we needed for a weekend stay, and the location is amazing, minutes from the seafront, and with so many great places to eat and drink nearby. We enjoyed being able to walk along the seafront into Brighton, and found a pub with great live music just around the block! Fiona was a fantastic host, communication was great and she was super helpful with local recommendations. Thankyou!!

Lisa is a great host, she’s friendly and responds quickly. The Airbnb was spotless, nicely decorated and comfortable to sleep. Perfect location as in quiet peaceful street but only 10 min walk from the beach. Would defo stay again!

The flat is very well appointed and in a quiet residential street near Hove. Nice furnishings, comfortable bed and very well equipped kitchen. Bonuses include a minutes walk to a great espresso shop - roasting its own beans - a farmers market and any number of brilliant places to eat and drink. The apartment is near bus routes into town and the Hove end of the beach - two minutes walk away - is pretty quiet. All round, pretty darn good!

Trust the photos, believe the description — this is the place to spend a fantastic time in! Everything is just as described, only better in person. The apartment is perfect for two people: cozy, beautifully designed, and immaculately maintained. The bathroom? I’d love to take it home. The kitchen? The best-equipped Airbnb kitchen I’ve ever seen. And then there’s the balcony! Such an amazing bonus! (I wanted to spend time there and we did!) Whether you’re having coffee in the morning or watching the sky change in the evening, it’s just magic. It seriously is. And the view? From the kitchen, you overlook the back—but the front view? Breathtaking. Or actually, beyond words. You just have to see it yourself. Stay for a sunset... In short: I’m already figuring out when I can come back to Olivia’s incredible place. It’s seriously fabulous in every way. Five stars PLUS.

Megan's place is clean, comfortable and perfectly located. Megan was a welcoming and responsive host. Neighbours were quite audible at times (kids and music), but it wasn't overly intrusive. The flat is very much full of the host's belongings, so if you are someone for whom putting stuff away is important, this might not be a good fit for you. Overall a comfortable stay in a great location.
