Coastal Garden Apartment Close to Tunnels Beach and Harbour

Wake up to tranquility and fresh air at this sublime retreat. The flat features subtle touches of colour, an open-plan living area on the ground floor , tasteful furnishings and decor, and room-length sliding bi-fold doors that open up onto the outdoor dining terrace.With comfortable beds and ample room for 6 adults (even in the bunk beds).You have the luxury of two ensuites and a beautifully appointed third bathroom . Anytime of the year is wonderful here. Enjoy coastal walks,cosy pubs,long sandy beaches and scrumptious food . 52 was fully renovated recently so everything is sparkly and new and finished to a very high standard with quality fixtures and fittings and lovely artwork. We have lovely views of Capstone Hill and plenty of outside dining space.The master bedroom has a balcony accessed via patio doors .The master bedroom and twin have beautiful ensuites a family bathroom is located next door to the bunk room. The apartment has been finished to a very high standard with quality fixtures and fittings,lovely art work and everything you could need for a relaxing break by the sea. Parking close by with permit included for 7 night stays. Well behaved dogs will be considered by request at £15 extra. You have access to the whole apartment.1 other apartment shares the main entrance. I am always available by text or phone and live nearby . You will have key code access to the property on arrival so you can arrive at your leisure. Situated on Ilfracombes oldest and most historic Street, the property is doors away from Thomas Carr’s Michelin star restaurant and a short walk from Tunnels beaches.Take a stroll to the harbour and enjoy one of the many watering holes and eateries Walking around Ilfracombe is the easiest way to get around ....with a few hills! Regular buses will take you to the beaches of Woolacombe and Croyde . Parking can be found just down the road and is readily available throughout the town. We will give you a permit if you are here for the week. The apartment occupies ground and lower ground floor; access via the front door to the bedroom floor of the apartment with a staircase to lower floor to the large open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. There is a spacious terrace with table and chairs for al-fresco drinks and dining.
