The studio was great – cozy, clean and very nice. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, just like the pictures. I would stay again with pleasure and highly recommend!

We've stayed in this apartment for more than a month. Quite a long time. The place was fantastic. Very comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen. Beautiful view from the balcony. Apartment is located 20 meters from bus stop with line 310 which takes you to the city center every 10 minutes. Near the apartment there is Zapaden Park (brilliant, huge green area), sauna, gym and Kaufland. You can be sure that the owners answer every single question you have and do their best to help you :) Long story short: ideal place for both short and very long stays. Can really recommend it!

My wife and I spent a month at Zari’s apartment and everything was brilliant! Host (Zari): Zari prepared the apartment with everything that we required for our stay. Zari seemingly noticed in our profile that we are from the UK, and kindly provided a UK plug adaptor, which is very thoughtful. Zari’s sister also made us some cheese-filled pastries, which were a very welcome treat after travelling all day. Zari was available for advice about day trips, eating out, and Sofia, and his suggestions added so much enjoyment to our trip. I can tell from the messages we exchanged that Zari is super kind and helpful. Apartment: Zari has arranged the apartment in a way that makes you instantly feel at home within 10 minutes of your arrival - it truly is impressive. We felt comfortable in Zari’s apartment and that is purely down to his evident personal touch and impressive use of space. The apartment is perfectly located and it also has a lovely balcony. Great host and great apartment!

Great place for short or long term stays in Sofia. Not in the center, but super close to metro station, buses, and tram lines. Cheap taxi rides to get there, parking space if you rent a car. Tons of supermarkets and stores walking distance to the apartment. Fully equipped for a great stay, great hosts! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all around!
