Great place to stay with a short walk or drive to nearby beaches. We didn’t spend a whole lot of time at the place since we wanted to get out on the water and explore.

We were here for a wedding at Ocean Edge. The accommodations were great and perfect location!

You cannot beat the location, you’re right in the center of town but with the benefit of a parking spot. The place itself was clean, new and well designed. Looks just like the photos!

Cozy cottage in a great location. You can't beat having the beach a few minutes walk down the road.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as the place was very comfortable. The instructions as well as the check-in were easy and simple! Communicating with Jeff was also super easy. This pace was super convenient for us as we were participating in a weekend golfing event at Captains Golf Course which is located very close to Ocean Edge Resort. The home is lovely and very well maintained. I would highly recommend this place!

Great place to stay for our family. It's peaceful and quiet with the golf course directly outside the back door. The place had everything our family needed including ample places to sleep, fully stocked kitchen, Weber grill, and comfortable furniture for resting after our busy and fun days on Cape Cod. Unit was comfortably air conditioned as well. Location is great as well. Brewster is a nice community and there are restaurants, coffee shops, and access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail in the area. Communication from the owner was great. Everything we needed to know was communicated before arrival. Overall, we had a great experience.

We were first time visitors to Cape Cod and this was a great location to explore all areas of the Cape. We went biking, played pickleball, found wonderful places to eat, took a couple trips to Provincetown and enjoyed our evening walks to watch the sun set beachside. Helen was responsive and helpful and we enjoyed our stay immensely.

This rental is absolutely stunning! We had such a wonderful time!! Coffee shop right under us was a special treat! Walking distance to everything - little walking path to get you to the beach and get very clean! Large space, clean, and comfortable! One heads up- clean sheets and towels are in laundry bags when you get there make your own bed and put out towels!

Such a beautiful stay right next to the beach in a wonderful and walkable town! Jamie was an incredible and responsive host who came out to help us when the smoke detector was going off. She was happy to change the batteries for us and help out. The place was spacious for two people and offered everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation.

Great location - walkable to downtown Falmouth, many nice trails, and the farmer's market. Long walk or short drive to Woods Hole (for Pie In The Sky and WHOI). Also very close to Windfall Market for some quick and easy food. Great host - Brian was very responsive and clear with instructions. There was a kitchen item missing, and Brian brought a new replacement in a day. The space is slightly cramped - the kitchen and couch and dining table are all in 1 room, so there isn't a much space to hang out as a group.

Perfect location right near the beach, cosy place to stay with everything we needed to be comfortable. Loved it!

Amazing home with all amenities in a golf club. Close to most tourist spots in Cape Cod.

The place was just as the pictures showed and is in a great location. Easy in and out to the highway yet quiet in the evenings. The backyard is very roomy and a nice feature at the end of the night. I'd recommend David's place.

Perfect little studio for two people! Great location - close to beaches and restaurants and there’s even a pool! Michael was super responsive and the place was exactly like the pictures!

Wonderful beach location. We enjoyed the local walkable beaches and restaurants. Close to anywhere in the cape , we had a great trip.

The location is fabulous and very close to many amenities - coffee, groceries, restaurants and the beach. While it was a small space, it was well laid out, comfortable to be in, very clean and had a respectable kitchen for its small size (which I used). Devon was very proactive and friendly when I asked him about the microwave not working - I had missed that it wasn't plugged in! The condo was very quiet at night even though it is close to a road. I will definitely return to Devon's place should I need to travel there and it is available.

The Condo was clean & comfortable. Having two bedrooms with queen beds was perfect for us, and sharing the 1 bathroom worked fine. The price was better than most other options. It was peaceful, and very quiet during our stay (in early May). Having the pool available would be very nice in summer months.

I loved our stay . The place inside was bigger than I was expecting. They have so many dishes, glasses, towels, blankets, chairs, etc to use. The place was great, just wish our weather was better. Thank you for being so helpful before and during our stay . Hope to return next year .
