Perfect little studio for two people! Great location - close to beaches and restaurants and there’s even a pool! Michael was super responsive and the place was exactly like the pictures!

Milo & Lance were superb hosts! Sailor’s Den is the perfect spot to stay in Provincetown. It is quiet enough to have a relaxing night, but close to Commercial St and the Pride festivities. The studio is lovely and perfect for a couple looking to get away. The furnishings are beautiful, the space is clean, and there’s good lighting. We felt so much queer joy while staying at Sailor’s Den! We can’t wait to revisit Ptown and stay here <3

The location is fabulous and very close to many amenities - coffee, groceries, restaurants and the beach. While it was a small space, it was well laid out, comfortable to be in, very clean and had a respectable kitchen for its small size (which I used). Devon was very proactive and friendly when I asked him about the microwave not working - I had missed that it wasn't plugged in! The condo was very quiet at night even though it is close to a road. I will definitely return to Devon's place should I need to travel there and it is available.

We had a wonderful stay at Chris’s two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in Provincetown. From the start, Chris was incredibly attentive and provided all the information we needed for a smooth and easy check-in. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials, which made it easy for us to cook when we wanted to. One of the highlights was enjoying both sunrise and sunset views right from the balcony—a truly peaceful and beautiful experience. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend!

Great location with easy access to everything in the area. Easy walk down to the beach or nice view from the deck. Beds were super comfortable and every thing provided for a enjoyable stay. Jarred was always responsive to answer any questions and great host!

This location was perfect for a relaxing weekend away with my wife and pup. From a quiet, peaceful, space to being surrounded by all the restaurants and shops, it was just what we wanted. The views are gorgeous, and almost every window has a view of the water. The space was set far enough off the street that it felt extremely private and quiet with a view of the beach. Hosts were proactive with reaching out to ensure we had the info we needed to get parked, and into the location without any issues. Space was immaculate and arranged so nicely from placement to furniture to art. Would stay here again 10/10

Such a beautiful stay right next to the beach in a wonderful and walkable town! Jamie was an incredible and responsive host who came out to help us when the smoke detector was going off. She was happy to change the batteries for us and help out. The place was spacious for two people and offered everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation.

The perfect stay if you’re looking to be within a five minute walk from the main strip of p-town! Place was gorgeous and the host is super sweet! The only thing you should be mindful of is although it sleeps three, there is only one parking spot, and no free public parking so plan accordingly! Other than that, it was a perfect stay and I’d love to come here again 💕

We had a wonderful stay at Brian and James’s- prior to our check in they were really informative and so we were able to find the condo easily. The space is beautiful and cosy with a kitchen equipped with all we needed. Location was perfect - very walkable and great location for accessing beaches, restaurants and bars. We hope we get to come back soon!

John’s place was perfect for us and our pups. Clean, excellent location, everything you need for a P-town stay.

A perfect stay at Steven’s place. Comfortable, thoughtfully decorated, cozy, perfectly located in the center of town. The apartment is more spacious than the photos make it seem. Great communication from Steven. Would not hesitate to return.

We arrived later in the evening and Andrea so kindly walked us through the directions on the phone and was very patient until we were inside her lovely spotless and comfortable home. Andrea wanted only for us to have an enjoyable stay which we absolutely did. We would love to make this an annual late summer visit moving forward. exactly as advertised, was great...not in the center of the craziness of provincetown but close enough...have been going to provincetown for decades (even had stores there a long time ago), but never stayed in this part of town, which is now my favorite...jason is a helpful and responsive host...space is quiet, comfortable & close to the water...perfect 3 days!

What a special place to have your morning coffee, overlooking the gorgeous ocean views! The place was spotless, exactly as pictured, super clear entry and instructions. So close to all P’town has to offer but just far enough off the main strip for some real peacefulness! Would recommend to anyone! Hosts provide excellent local information and were incredibly communicative. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Garrett’s place. The apartment location can’t be beat, right on the water and walking distance to town but also nice and peaceful. Our family enjoyed the balcony and the comfy living room and kitchen. Would recommend!

My wife and I wanted a little end of summer get away and we couldn’t have been happier choosing Alexa’s condo at Ocean Edge! The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean, and everything we could have wanted for our short vacation. Alexa was always very responsive and friendly, we’ll certainly be keeping her in mind for our next cape vacation! Highly recommend for small families and couples!

The place was very comfortable with beautiful views of the ocean. It was off season & a bit cool so we really enjoyed the indoor heated pool & jacuzzi and walking the beach. So nice to hear the surf when falling asleep! The space was clean & comfortable and the cozy fireplace delightful on the cool nights.
