The park immediately behind the house is a lovely place to spend some time on sunny days. And for laid back evenings we provide Netflix.

It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

Guesthouse Bethune is located in the beautiful village of Tienhoven, in the middle of the Dutch lake district. Amsterdam (30 min by car) and Utrecht (15 min) are nearby. The area is famous for biking and hiking but also boat trips along the river Vecht with its castles and famous historic houses. Ilpendam is a picturesque village near Amsterdam, in 10 minutes you can be at Amsterdam Central Station by bus. You have a view of the garden and the adjacent park with butterfly garden and playground. Parking is free in front of the door.

GeinLust B&B “De Klaproos”

GeinLust B&B is located in a characteristic residential farmhouse, which is also our home. Under the roof of the barn, where there used to be cows, are three spacious B&B flats. We demolished the farmhouse and built new in the old style. The B&B is located under the smoke of Amsterdam. From the B&B it is about a 10-minute walk to the train station and with 15 minutes you are in Amsterdam.
