Various shops, restaurants, (coffee) bars, the canals and other sights are within a stone’s throw of the house. The park immediately behind the house is a lovely place to spend some time on sunny days. And for laid back evenings we provide Netflix.

It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

You can rent a parking permit for the entire area from us on site for €7.50 per day. (That is 5 to 10 times cheaper than usual in Utrecht!)

Buiten kan je allerlei dieren tegenkomen, zoals een haas of een fazant. En natuurlijk de kippen en de alpaca's. Op de loungeset die je vanuit de guesthouse ziet, kan je heerlijk relaxen. Je loopt zo de wei in om de alpaca's van dichtbij te leren kennen.

Dit kleine huisje is voor mensen die houden van natuur en het landelijk gebied. Leuk voor koppels en voor gezinnen met kinderen van 6-12 jaar. Ideale startplaats om te zwemmen, wandelen, fietsen en een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen met een boekje, bij Thermen Maarssen of te genieten van mooie luchten. GeinLust B&B is located in a characteristic residential farmhouse, which is also our home. Under the roof of the barn, where there used to be cows, are three spacious B&B flats. We demolished the farmhouse and built new in the old style. The B&B is located under the smoke of Amsterdam. From the B&B it is about a 10-minute walk to the train station and with 15 minutes you are in Amsterdam.
