Excellent quiet stay in this large house, very convenient with 2 bathrooms and bedrooms away from the living room. Very well equipped and functional kitchen. The beach is accessible on foot after a walk in the pine forest.

We had a great stay. The house is really very beautiful and modern. The plus is its outdoor terrace and the sea view. Everything was spotless, the living room large and functional. Everything is tastefully decorated. We loved this rental and the neighborhood is very quiet. I recommend it 100%.

I spent two days with my family in the villa and everything went very well. Marion is really adorable, very accommodating on arrival time and always available as needed. The villa is a warm place, perfect for spending good times with family. I recommend it 1000% and if I go back to the area, I will come back without hesitation!

We had a great time at Emilie's house. The environment was very quiet. The kids were able to enjoy the heated pool. The House is well equipped. Coastal walks are directly accessible from the house. The city center is a 15-minute walk and the supermarket is a 5-minute drive away. Access to the upstairs master suite is via a narrow spiral staircase, not suitable for young children or in case of Restricted mobility.

We booked François and Lucile's villa for our daughter's wedding (7 adults and 4 children). Spacious villa, very well equipped, comfortable bedding (even the sofa bed), tastefully decorated, exactly matched our needs. They want you to feel good about it. We had a great time at their villa.

We were with family (13 people) with 4 generations from 2 to 88 years old and our stay in the house went very well for everyone, with enough space for everyone to be comfortable! A big shout out for the brand new kitchen which is very nice and practical. The 4 little ones took full advantage of the outdoor and indoor games and the indoor pool was also very pleasant in this mixed April weather. In short, a perfect vacation at Alexandre's.

We had a wonderful weekend in Chantal's house a stone's throw from the sea,tastefully decorated, very well equipped, nothing is missing and very spacious, teenagers loved their space in the dormitory in the basement, the exteriors are very nice. Chantal is very responsive.

Very nice house where you have the pleasure of not stepping on it even if it rains even if the house is full with the children. The location is ideal with the sea on one side, the port on the other and the village nearby. We did everything on foot. It feels like a well-maintained family home. Thanks again!

Super nice house with a great garden. We had a great vacation in Christine's house with 4 adults and 3 children. We were received in a very friendly manner by Christine and were allowed to park our cars in the parking lots in advance. The house is very tasteful and cozy furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. With the new pool, the children in particular got their money's worth. You can walk to the city or the beach very quickly. All in all, a great place to stay! We will be happy to come back :)

We were a family of 5 adults and 2 kids (6 and 2). The sleeping arrangements worked out very well and the kids really loved the playroom and swimming pool. The beaches (one within easy walking distance and one a 4/5 minute drive away) were excellent (no showers though?) with nice beach bars/restaurants. The nearby zoo is worth a visit - clean and the animals looked well looked after. All in all an excellent family holiday.

Very nice and appreciable the team who accomplished everything and did so that the stay was great! and that's the reality. Congratulations to the team who are totally struggling for these guests. I recommend it 100%. Very spacious house, all the comforts you need. Only the barbecue has run out of time. It was just missing fans (one for the whole). we spent Christmas week at Elodie's. The warm welcome and the many touches to make us feel at home (Christmas tree, chocolate, and an excellent local brioche) immediately helped us to unwind. The calm of the house and the walks in the neighboring state forest to get to the seaside completed an excellent week of rest and family fun!

We had a great time at this house with our friends and children. Everything went perfectly, from start to finish. The house is spacious, very well-equipped, and ideal for hosting families. The kids loved the outdoor space with the pool. We particularly enjoyed the calm and tranquility of the place. A big thank you to Guylène and Stéphane for your warm welcome and responsiveness throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant setting to meet with friends or family. We hope to have the opportunity to come back soon!

Great location, very nice house with plenty of space and all needed amenities for 4 families with 8 kids. Thank you Jacques.

Franck was an excellent host and met us when we arrived at the property. He was really friendly and took the time to show us all the facilities including how to remove the pool cover and work the barbecue. We were really thankful Franck helped us make an appointment at the local veterinary for our dog to get pet passport stamped. The accommodation is really spacious and Franck has thought of everything you will need. The outside space is really big with lots of seating and of course the pool. The swimming pool was just fantastic, top quality, very clean and heated to a lovely temperature. We used the barbecue several times which was also high quality. The bedrooms were all large and bed very comfortable. The neighbourhood is very quite and only 10-15 minute walk through a park to the sea front and the beach. Great Boulangerie in Bretignolles. The coastal towns all within easy access. We would highly recommend Francks place and will definitely look to return the in the future.

flexible check-in. as described. pool maintained and heated to 21 degrees for the weekend of November 11. it was very nice. all the cooking essentials, except a pancake stove 😉 for gourmet Bretons. the Franck and Frédérique concierge available and helpful. rental to recommend and we will come back but longer than a simple 3 day weekend.

Beautiful place ideally located near the sea. The accommodation is functional with a well equipped kitchen. The size is large enough to accommodate 7 people and a baby. We were able to enjoy a beautiful space. The swimming pool is a real plus. Luckily it is heated given the arrival of cooler temperatures. In short, we are delighted with this weekend .
