With approx. 45 m2, it offers a large living room, bedroom, kitchen (NEW since 2021) and a friendly bathroom. Enjoy your time in a quiet atmosphere and with a great view over Wörgl. The apartment is located in a detached house on the outskirts of Au, a small extra district of the municipality of Bad Feilnbach with direct views of the Bavarian Alpine foothills. Because it is located in a residential area, it is very quiet without through traffic. The nearest highway entrance (Munich-Salzburg/Kufstein A8) is only about 4 km away. From here you can start hiking and biking right away. The bike path is 1 minute away, the swimming pool 5 minutes' walk

In the fully equipped kitchen-living room is a large, round dining table with a sitting area, which invites you to linger, especially on long winter evenings. The apartment also has 1 living room, 1 bedroom, a spacious corridor (as is customary in farmhouses in Tyrol), a bathroom, separate toilet, terrace and fenced garden area.

The modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of our small family house and radiates Tyrolean coziness. The beautiful view from the living area and terrace over the fields Achenkirch, directly to the Rofan Mountain range and the Seekarspitze, facilitates leaving behind everyday stress and invites you to enjoy and relax. Lake Achen, the largest lake in Tyrol, is 2 km away. The ski resort is within walking distance. The golf course is 1 km away.

Farm stay at an altitude of 1098 m

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

WELCOME to the OBERHAUSBERG house! Our cozy attic apartment at 1,000 m above sea level in Niederau can accommodate up to 3 people and is equipped with 1 cozy living room with sleeping facilities, 1 kitchen, 1 separate bedroom and 1 bathroom, as well as a small balcony. Since our house is located on a mountain, a car is clearly an advantage. Of course, you can also walk up easily, but you have to allow 30-45 minutes per trip

The apartment has 1 living-dining area with a very good quality sofa bed, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, anteroom, satellite TV, bed linens, towels and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, baby crib, high chair, and stair gate are also available. Wi-Fi and LAN work perfectly. Hiking, skiing and cycling are no problem in the area.
