Great stay for the holiday season despite rainy weather. Gite where nothing is lacking, you can feel at home away from home! Nothing to complain about cleanliness. Breathtaking view from the terrace, especially when the day rises in the early morning. Small gifts on arrival very much appreciated. Thank you Fred for your warm welcome, as well as for the trust. stays 2 adults, 2 dogs. Atypical house, good location, very well-equipped, clean and quiet. Marie Paule and her husband are responsive, very friendly hosts. The house is peaceful, original, it feels like home, it lacks nothing, dishes, linen, equipment, (toys and materials for young children available). enclosed terrace and parking space. Recommended rental.

Everything was super.The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Even when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the house, they quickly responded and were happy to help. Also when we couldn't get the fireplace to run, they were quick to help and swing by. The house is very modern and accommodates all the needs of adults and children. All the rooms had shutters that could make the room dark, making sleeping with young children very easy. From the kitchen, one could see the small garden, also making it great for also smaller children to play outside while parents could watch and cook meals from insid. All necessary kitchen equipment was available, even seasonings and oils! The check-in and out were very clear in description and easy to follow the steps. One tiny recommendation I would suggest is to be able to check out at 11 instead of 10.That would make the morning with small children a little easier. I highly recommend this location.I would come again anytime. thank you for having us!

Pleasant house in a small village, well equipped and well heated. The place is very pretty and the snow at Christmas allowed us to enjoy several places for tobogganing, snowshoeing and skiing. The refueling is very good in a large area three km away, there are several places towards La Besse and Gerardmer less than half an hour away for hiking and tobogganing. For little ones who don't ski well yet, there is after Ventron a track with a tensioner (15 minutes by car). In Ventron, a textile museum is more interesting than it appears with a demonstration of weaving and spinning. The house itself is well-equipped and clean and the automatic thermostat always brought us a pleasant temperature. All it really needs is a washing machine.

Together with the extended family, we spent very nice days over Easter in the well-equipped, sparkling clean, and child-friendly house! We were very pleased about the nice reception with chocolate eggs, Easter lamb and sparkling wine. On the spacious grounds we could play boules and football, barbecue, visit the chickens and the goat... and also in the house there was enough space to play with the grandchildren. Absolutely fantastic accommodation experience. Very comprehensive information from Cely, lots of advice and recommendations. Great kitchen amenities, coffee maker with great coffee, tea, washing and cleaning supplies. Cely even baked a great banana bread for us and gave us butter and jam, which completely took our breath away. Truly extraordinarily excellent, always before we wanted anything, Cely predicted it and it was met in advance.

We only stayed for one night, but this house made a lasting impression! Nestled in a charming, peaceful village, it was the perfect escape from the city’s hustle and bustle. The house itself was spacious, spotless, and incredibly cozy—we immediately noticed the lovely fragrance from air fresheners placed throughout, giving it a fresh and welcoming atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed, and the bathroom was clean and well-stocked. All three bedrooms were comfortable and neatly arranged, ensuring a restful stay. The apartment is very spacious. The bedrooms in the above mentioned have no tub or only one sliding door and are therefore clairaudient. The apartment was very clean and practically furnished. There are a lot of toys for small children. Goldbach-Altenbach is a very quiet place in the Vosges mountains. Opposite the property is a small, new and beautiful children's playground.

We liked the place VERY MUCH. Totally stylish and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed. For our children, there were also many ways to linger through the cool rooms, furniture, the swing on the upper floor, the playroom in the attic and the great toys we found in a closet. Only the steep staircase to the upper floor is not so suitable for very small children, as they need companions (open and without railings). The beds were super fresh and very comfortable. The kitchen was tiptop equipped. We felt immediately comfortable, the children were also very enthusiastic. The house is lovingly decorated. Really great. The contact with the hostess was super nice and quick. She always responded within a short time. We came by public transport, so you just have to factor in some time because the nearest bus stop is about 25 minutes away. But that worked. Nice and quiet area, with possibility to go into the forest.
