We felt very comfortable right away. You have everything you need in Lisa's house, toys, board games, musical instruments, fireplace with enough wood, sauna, the kitchen is super equipped. The beds are comfortable. The floors are a little cold, recommend bringing slippers or thick socks. There is some privacy missing after going out of the sauna, but for usual sauna sessions, that's probably not a problem. There are also many opportunities outside where the kids can play. We have a thumbs up. We will be happy to come back.

Everything was as described, in a peaceful and private environment with a polite hostess and all the listed amenities. Calming and relaxing experience. I highly recommended it and would definitely revisit it in the future! A great bonus for us was that pets were allowed and had a great time as well.

It is also a historically interesting area, on the first walk we happened to come across the Maginot line, with T 38 tanks and one-man bunker. The cottage was a good location to make trips to Riehen, Ottmarsheim, the Grand Ballon, the Humanist Library of Sélestat, etc. The hosts were super accessible, the stay in the sauna uncomplicated and pleasant.

The property is perfectly suited for large groups due to its size and location and also has the appropriate equipment for corresponding groups. Communication with Wolfgang was excellent, he was always available if we had any questions or problems. We felt very comfortable and welcome for a weekend.
