The apartment is located on a hillside with beautiful views of the Rhine Valley and the Swiss mountains. It is 60 m², has a covered terrace and a small garden. Bregenz is in the immediate vicinity (2 km) and is easily accessible by bus, car, bicycle or on foot. Since the highway is nearby and we are located on a slope, you can hear the traffic when you sit in the garden. Otherwise hardly any cars drive directly past the house as we are the second-to-last house in a cul-de-sac.

Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei Kindern (10 und 16 Jahre) und wohnen im Zentrum eines kleinen netten Dorfes. Die zu buchende Unterkunft ist eine Einleger Wohnung in unserem Wohnhaus. Hier im Dorf gibt es 2 Gasthäuser und einen kleinen Laden in dem man alles Notwendige findet. Fußballplatz und Spielplatz sind gleich um die Ecke. Wir haben eine schöne Aussicht über das Rheintal. Die Gästetaxe von 1,85 € pro Gast und Nacht sind im Preis inbegriffen

On the shelf you will find many German, English and Turkish books and games that serve as entertainment. Our completely new and lovingly furnished apartment has a fully equipped kitchen , a living/dining room with sofa bed and a bedroom with double bed and spacious wardrobe. From all these rooms you can enjoy a beautiful view over our wonderful Lake Constance, which enchants in every weather mood. The bathroom is equipped with a floor-level shower, washbasin and toilet. Our covered loggia invites you to linger and enjoy the lake view.

Beautiful farmhouse in the countryside

You will stay cozily and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble." In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.

Between lake and mountain

The apartment is on the third floor (no elevator) of a more than 100 year old house in the former working-class neighborhood Vorkloster. It houses 8 flats which are partially inhabitat by our family. Thus, the atmosphere is very familiar and uncomplicated! Kids are very welcome! As it is a family home, I will only approve requests from people who shortly introduce themselves and the reason for their trip to Bregenz!
