Quiet, comfortably furnished apartment in the attic of our well-kept family home at the end of a play street, sunny balcony, kitchen-living room with sofa bed (140 x 200), bedroom with large double bed in country house style, cable TV, Internet access, nice large bathroom. Parking space for bicycles, parking at the house. The shores of Lake Constance, lawn and garden restaurant directly on the lake only about 400 m away, about 900 m to Fischbach train station, about 6.5 km to the trade fair. Bakery and bus stop in 300 m.

Lake Constance can be reached in 10 minutes on foot from here. There is a great lake and outdoor swimming pool or a recreation area with free access. The fully signposted Lake Constance cycle path, one of the most popular cycle paths in Europe, runs around 260 kilometers along the lakeshore. There are beautiful hiking trails for nature lovers or as a starting point for many attractions around Lake Constance such as Meersburg, Constance, stilt houses, the Bregenz Festival, Mainau Island, and much more.

From here you can walk or cycle immediately into the countryside, but Bregenz and Dornbirn are also in the immediate vicinity. The bakery, bus stop and train station are only a 3-minute walk away. By train, you can reach the Festspielhaus in Bregenz in 5 minutes. In the immediate vicinity begins the local recreation area "Lauteracher Ried" with a popular swimming lake. The first ski resorts can be reached in 20 minutes.

In addition to the box spring bed, there is a high quality sofa bed with a full mattress (160cm wide). There is a modern washing. The single garage with electr. Gate is in the courtyard. Two balconies invite you to have breakfast and linger. The lake with the shore park is 100m away, the ferry and ships are 400m away. Perfect location!

You can feel Lake Constance and reach it on foot in 5 minutes at a well-kept, public, free bathing beach,⛱🏊🐟☀️or you can opt for a shore bike path tour, 🚲which also starts in front of the house. Leave your car in your parking space (no small trucks) and use the public bus in front of the house. The festival evening🎻🍾🌜is a 20-minute walk without traffic jams, along Lake Constance, relaxing. Our apartment is located directly on the beautiful Uferpark and the lively promenade. It is ideally located between the train station and the city center, directly on the Lake Constance Trail. Shops serving everyday needs, train station, bus station, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. are within a few minutes' walk. The fair is 4 km away. With private parking space, lockable bicycle basement and air conditioning.

Lakeside house

Our house is idyllically located directly on the lake with a fantastic view of Switzerland on the Säntis and the Zeppelin city of "Friedrichshafen." For 8 years we have been successful and happy hosts, were allowed to welcome a lot of great people to us, who would also like to book our whole house. That's why we decided to make our whole house available to nice guests from Easter 22.
