Villa vacation rentals in Breerivier

Second time staying here with a group of friends. It’s beautiful and very well appointed! Smoke space for everyone to feel like they had their own corner, but enough areas for intimate conversations and group gatherings.

We were at Villa the cherry with my wife and my 3 kids (14/12/9), the place is fabulous, we have an easy access to best activities around (houses trail, fatbike, shark cage, whales boat, natural caves, natural reserve walks) and the Villa itself is proposing the best view on the bay you will never have. For us in 6 days we have seen 50+ whales just watching from our master bedroom. It makes a big difference. And to add Annick is a tremendous host that facilitates our stay, arranging custom breakfast, and chef at the Villa. Thank you again Annick and I’m definitely recommending this place to all !

We (as a large family group of 10) all thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay in Sue’s very special family holiday home. Large and spacious, with its fantastic location (at the base of the mountain/five minutes drive to popular beaches/the famous cliff walk as well as many great restaurants and shops that are only a short drive away), to the exquisite sea and mountain view’s from multiple large windows and balconies, to the beautiful decor (incl very comfy beds, quality linen and great shower heads), the open plan and well equipped kitchen and multiple eating and lounging areas as well as the fabulous outdoor veranda area with a wonderful splash pool, Weber braai and pizza oven…. This listing truly has it ALL! (including a newly renovated kids bedroom with two bunk beds as well). Tammy was a fantastic host (very responsive and helpful) and we would definitely return in a heartbeat. Thank you for creating and sharing this special listing with us all.

We had a wonderful stay at Lavender Cottage! The property had everything we needed. I would gladly have stayed on longer if time allowed! Tim was an excellent host, easy to get hold of and responded quickly to everything.

Really awesome stay in this lovely family-friendly house. Awesome braai area and beautiful balcony views, and enough space that the kids and parents could enjoy themselves. Will definitely visit again!

A beautifully equipped house with everything you need and more. The tasteful decor created a warm and inviting atmosphere. We had a fantastic weekend with our family and I wish we could have stayed longer!

The position is beautiful with views in all directions from the third floor and one can hear the sea at night when drifting off to sleep. The living areas and kitchen have every amenity one needs to feel comfortable and and to have a special stay. The house is walking distance from beach, extremely spacious and well appointed. We all had a lovely break. Thank you Jutta for your efforts.

Wayne and Dallias cottage was a piece of heaven - with views to die for! Tracy was a fabulous hostess! We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!

It is a fantastic location and the views of lake and mountain are lovely. The host is really responsive and easy to deal with. This is a great house for groups of friends and family wanting to get away. Lots of space and hideaways for larger groups.

This stay was perfect for our group of 7 - even more space than we needed. The house and property are unbelievably beautiful, and it was so relaxing. It’s a relatively easy uber into town, while having privacy and space for your stay. The hosts were very friendly and responsive, making everything easy. Definitely recommend!

We had the most wonderful stay at India’s home in Hermanus (which with its expansive land so close to the sea felt like an estate). India was a delight to communicate with; responsive, friendly and helpful. Anton, the house manager is also great, and apart from being friendly and helpful, also looks after the house in an unobtrusive way such that it almost seems by magic that the house is cleaned, the fire is lit etc. We also had our dog with us which I felt was made to feel most welcome. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Hermanus!

Absolutely amazing! Don't think - just book. Perfect for large families and company retreats where you want everyone to have their own private bedrooms and bathrooms without getting in each other's way. Extremely friendly and helpful host too! We will be back.

Was always at hand for any questions we had, gave us restaurant recommendations and always kept in touch with us. 269 On Main is perfectly positioned for visiting Hermanus and surroundings. We had the most beautiful few days staying here. We came to SA with 2 young children and spent a few nights here, we were sad to leave. It really is one of the most wonderful places we’ve stayed, a paradise in Franschhoek. The interiors are beautiful and you are totally spoilt with the pool, warm outdoor shower, the most incredible breakfast spread you could ask for, pizza oven, comfortable beds, cute animals to look at and maison restaurant next door. This is absolute luxury and we will make sure we make it back again. Thank you so much for making us totally welcome and comfortable, we were so well cared for.

location is great, just off the main street on a quiet road. the interior space surpasses the photographs and would be very comfortable for 6. (we peaked at 4) Jo even added in additional servicing which we requested and when we said the dishwasher was not working properly, it was replaced the very next day. nothing was too much trouble for them and this is probably the best rental we have ever had.

Our family of 5 spent a wonderful week in this beautiful house over new years. The house is in a great position in Voelklip - it is very secure and well kitted out. Lovely to sit outside in the shaded garden in the evenings and kids loved the pool. Great hosts and easy check-in and check-out. We will be back!

We just spent 10 days at Coastal Mellows and could not recommend it more. The house is a few minutes walk from Central Hermanus which we loved. The house is beautiful, spacious with everything that you could need. We would love to return next time we are in the area

Just speechless. The place is beautiful, well located, and has every facility in the home you may possible need! My partner (who has little reaction to anything) said it was what he imagined paradise to be like. You can tell that so much detail went into the home - it was truly a sanctuary and we hope to stay here again. Thank you x

Great location, house and host!

Everything about Hein’s home was fabulous. It was such a wonderful experience for us. In fact the Airbnb pictures do not do the place justice. It’s even more appealing in person. The views from all angles in the home of the cove and mountains is really lovely. The outdoor decks and entertainment area are well furnished and equipped. Everything was beautifully laid out. All amenities are of a superior quality and not “normal” Airbnb spec. The house is super clean, furnishings and artwork are gorgeous. Honeslty all I can say is we really enjoyed our stay and would’ve loved to stay longer. We dealt with Megan who is pleasant and responsive. She made sure everything was up to scratch. She assisted with recommendations and information about the area. It was a 60th birthday getaway and it was memorable because of the stay. The estate is super secure and welcoming. We spent the whole weekend with open windows and unlocked doors. We love it. Thank you so much.

Such a beautiful place. An awesome setting. The property is very well maintained. All necessary equipment or requirements fully met. Had a close encounter with a snake, which is not unexpected in the mountains. Flies a little troublesome. Again, not unexpected. Lovely pool. Would love to return in winter. Big fireplace. Would be an excellent place to write a book.

We stayed one night and really wish we were staying longer! The house is amazing, the grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed exploring the eating and drinking options in the village. Joe and Esther are friendly and provided great suggestions. We enjoyed our stay and if we come back to South Africa in the future this is on our list to return! Thank you for a lovely stay!
