Joan is a great host! I absolutely loved staying in her beautiful apartment. The location is perfect and the apartment is stunning. She has gone out of her way to provide guests with everything they need for a comfortable stay. I can’t wait to go back!

We had a lovely stay, with only the best interior. Ample space and the fact that every room has it's own en-suite bathroom, was great. The apartment is situated on the most beautiful part of the Strand. The spacious, sheltered balcony makes it possible to enjoy the feeling of Strand at all times and certainly is the heart of the apartment.

We were very pleased with our stay with the owners. They met us when we arrived. Before the meeting they sent us the exact point of the house so that it would be easy for us to find it. The owners explained in detail where and what is and how to use what. But the most important thing is the view from the apartment - it will not leave anyone indifferent. This view was magnificent. We thank the owners for the cozy and beautiful housing.

We loved our stay at Bianca’s wonderful home. The outlook onto the lake was serene, the house had everything we needed and the beds were comfy with great linen. Bianca is a fantastic host who provides thorough information and is immediately contactable and super friendly. The estate offers endless activities so it’s impossible to get bored. Eva’s house is right on the rocks where you can even hear the local seals calling. The house is decorated to the highest standard by someone with a great love of art. Unfortunately, during our stay it was quite windy and we were not able to utilise the outside areas as much as we wanted, but I do think that this house would be very cosy and beautiful even in winter.

What an absolutely amazing place, so peaceful and really beautiful surroundings, close to activities in Swellendam but away from the crowds. The perfect getaway with family. Lena was an absolute star.

We enjoyed our stay at the riverside cottage. The accommodation is simple but cozy, with plenty of relaxing spots around. We appreciated the lovely complimentary touches like coffee, tea, milk, butter, bread and water. There was lots of space for the kids to play, which made it even more special. A place full of good memories! I’m not sure is it’s okay but during the braai was lots of smoke in the house, I advise do it outside.

Our stay at David’s Airbnb was wonderful. The location was great, offering breathtaking views. The accommodation was clean and well maintained. The beds are comfortable with good quality linen. David’s communication was outstanding from start to finish. The thoughtful extras, like rusks and bottled water in addition to the usual tea and coffee, were much appreciated. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, cleanliness, and incredible views with a host who goes the extra mile, this is it. We will be back. Highly recommended!

This is a beautiful property. Secure and very accessible with a lift taking you right to it. The hosts have equipped the place very well - it has everything you need to make it feel like home. The mall is close by and the property itself is located in a beautiful setting near nature. The hosts are attentive and quick responders. I would recommend this place to other guests. Thumbs up!
