Wildekrans is absolutely beautiful. The gardens are spectacular, and the cottage is beautifully and tastefully designed and decorated. The two bedrooms are nicely private from each other with en-suite bathrooms in both, with the shared kitchen in between. It is delightful sitting on the porch looking out onto the gardens and mountain vistas ahead, either with morning coffee or an evening drink. The swimming pool was surprisingly warm and inviting. Everything we needed we had! We will definitely be back!

Excellent accommodation for 4 in a perfect location for walking to Franschoek main St. All very clean and plenty of kitchen equipment and crockery. The property is tucked behind the owners' house on Van Wuk St and isn't obvious. It is up a drive behind two wrought iron gates. A sign on the gates saying Jonquil Cottage would have helped no end.

What a beautiful spot! A real home away from home with everything so carefully thought of! A stones throw from the hustle of the Main Street but quiet and peaceful on a little close! Dalena has thought of every single detail, and we had a beautiful stay! A very warm and personal welcome and spectacular views of the beautiful surrounding mountains! Tierhoek is located at the end of a valley on the foot of the Langerberg Mountain range, it is a beautiful and peaceful setting and a great escape from the city.

Perfect peaceful location. Lovely rooms and great outdoor spaces. The host recommended Boschendal just down the road for the night market, which was awesome.

Perfect quiet spot, lovely stay, extremely accommodating host! My husband was hurt during our time away, and we were offered an additional night at no charge, my first time ever!

It's a small but nice place with 'soul' and a beautiful terrace with fireplace. It's located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The walking distance to the beach is short but you need to cross a road with some traffic. Marinda is a great host and you need to try her lovely self-made sweets :-)

We had a lovely stay with Suzette. She is super friendly and we had more than we needed for the evening that we stayed with her. Even coffee and rusks waited for us for the next morning when we got up. I can recommend Suzette's place to anybody that need a place to stay in Caledon, if you have to go there for work, relaxation or a wedding.

Risa's place looks exactly like the pictures. So beautiful & clean. She came to meet me at check in and communicated extremely well. The location was also perfect - so private & peaceful. Will definitely be returning!

Chantelle is an excellent host and answers messages promptly. She allowed a late checkout and dealt with any problems that came up during the stay. The accommodation is very clean and beautiful. Highly recommended

Relaxing family weekend getaway ☀️ Beautiful home. We walked, took our row boat out on the dam, made yummy food and napped with our little one. Thanks for having us Philna. We loved it here.

We spent two nights only but enjoyed our time very much. It was spacious enough for the two of us, super cozy and comfy, everything available to prepare a simple dinner, wifi to get some work done, hot shower after a hike (or pool to cool down) and lovely garden and patio to relax with a glass of wine. Safe car parking included, fan was provided,… we were more than satisfied.

A wonderful property with beautiful finishes and beautiful decor. The rental is ideal for us, quiet away from the buzz of the city. We had a great time at Peter's house and will be happy to come back on our next visit to Stellenbosch. Thank you for everything

The place was a perfect location for my needs. I was able to walk to the local supermarket and stock up on some essentials for my 5 day stay. The best part were the hosts. They were more than accommodating and made me feel welcomed and taken care of. If their place is free the next time I’m in the area, I will gladly stay again.

We had lovely stay at Diann's place. Everything was perfect, cottage very cosy, neat, perfect location as its close to the town with all the restaurants and coffee shop and also Bontebok and Marloth nature reserves are few minutes drive. Dianne was very friendly host who provided us with all info we needed for comfy stay in Swellendam. Next time we will stay longer.

It was easy to walk to nearby shops and restaurants - very conveniently located. Lovely linen, comfortable matrasses and we were spoilt with the Rain toiletries in the bathroom. Fionas Place is amazing. Everything you need is there, the pool is lovely warm and the garden beautiful. Fiona is a perfect hosts and was there at any time. We would definitely stay there again.

Sarita’s place is perfectly situated — away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet conveniently close to town. It’s a charming tiny home with everything thoughtfully arranged. We especially loved the beautifully designed bathroom, and having access to Netflix was a great bonus.

This is a wonderful stay for 3 people, in a beautiful garden with private access. The house is in a villa area with guarded barrier by the main road. Practical space with everything you need and nice garden seat and sunbeds. From here, quick access to shops, coast, airport and inland.

We had a fantastic stay in Franschhoek. The cottage is within the garden of the main house and is furnished extremely tastefully. Absolutely everything has been thought of and executed to perfection. It’s an extremely cosy space with an exclusive boutique hotel feel to it. The garden is even better than the pictures, it creates a really tranquil environment around the cottage. Communication with Cate and Carien was excellent. The cottage was spotless when we arrived and then Carien came daily to make it perfect again. She even did a load of washing and ironing for us! We felt extremely well looked after. There’s a dedicated electric gate and parking spot which made it easy for us to come and go. The main road with all the shops, restaurants and art galleries is less than 5 mins walk away. We had a fantastic dinner at Reuben’s restaurant which is about 2 minutes walk. This has to be the best place to stay in Franschhoek for a couple. We will definitely be coming back! Thanks Cate!
