A comfy space in the heart of the Brecon Beacons
A private second floor apartment set in the heart of the Brecon Beacons. A perfect country escape to recharge those batteries. The property looks onto the sugar loaf mountain. From the bedroom skylight you can look directly up at the stars within a dark sky reserve. The property has an outside seating area and is ideally situated for access to popular mountain bikes routes. It has door step access to numerous scenic walks for both the seasoned walkers or those who enjoy more gentle strolls.

The apartment itself is a recent development which has been finished to the highest quality. The apartment boasts two double bedrooms, one en suite and one large family bathroom; both of which are fitted with walk in showers.

Cosy accommodation for four in a small village. Access via external metal stairs to open plan living area, fitted kitchen with dishwasher. Two bedrooms, one with double bed, other with two singles. Bedding and towels provided, electric heating in all rooms and free private off road parking. One mile from Hay-on-Wye (just over a mile away) with plenty of local walks. I have a one bedroom annex that sleeps up to four with a sofa bed available to book through Airbnb. View my bio for details.

A large flat within a lovely, quiet Edwardian house with outstanding views of Hereford Cathedral and the Welsh Mountains. A great place to explore from or just to relax. On a summer evening enjoy a drink on the balcony and in the winter curl up by the woodburner. The flat is not ideal for very late nights out and isn’t safe for children or pets. Tea, coffee and basic breakfast items are provided.
