Monthly Rentals in Braunton Burrows

The property is at the top of a long hillside village and the setting is wonderful with views over the estuary - you can see what the tide is doing. There’s a sunny patio area set in larger gardens. It’s more spacious than most similar lets and is well equipped and very comfortable. Liz and Andy were so friendly and offered help and suggestions but were never intrusive. We’d recommend and may well return.

Was nice meeting Mark, louise & Dylan the dog. Great hosts. Very responsive to questions. The place was exactly as per the photos & description. Spotlessly clean. The upstairs Loung/bedroom was cosy and warm and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Perfect location for our activities in Instow. Really appreciated the welcome pack of tea/coffee, milk, snacks, & biscuits for Dylan. Will probably be staying here again same week next year.

Wonderful place to stay- we slept very well and found the space ideal for us and the covered outdoor seating area was a real bonus. Lots of lovely thoughtful extras like azzero and ground coffee and eggs for breakfast! Claire and Brian were fantastic hosts, communicative and helpful. Would really recommend the woodland/ river walk very nearby which we did in the evenings, which was very clearly explained in the file provided. Hope to return next year

The bungalow is set is a quiet residential area and was a great base from which to explore the surrounding villages and excellent beaches. It had everything we needed. It was comfortable, spacious, light and airy and the garden was a good size for the dogs. The kitchen was very well equipped, the main bedroom was a good size and the living and dining areas were spacious enough to feel relaxed Kirsteen’s communication was excellent leading up to and throughout our stay. Would highly recommend this place
