A hidden gem Travelling with my job I have stayed at many places This is up there as one if not the best places I’ve stayed over the last couple of years. Quiet, great location, spotlessly clean. The hosts have nailed it Everything in its place and a place for everything and those little touches like the small but non intrusive labels nicely tucked away on every cupboard door just makes things so easy to find thing 👏 I will be staying again when I’m next in the area Thanks for an enjoyable stay Andy

Wonderful spot in the centre of the village, close to the shop, and the pub. Spotlessly clean and in good order. Well equipped with a powerful shower, dishwasher and washing machine. Comfy bed, and fresh bed linen and towels. The large French doors overlooking the beautiful garden are a bonus. Ian and Pat are great hosts. Nothing is too much trouble. A lovely escape to the country. Thank you.

Lovely cosy cottage delightful garden area and perfect location right across from laneway to the canal and walks. Comfortable home and heaps of kitchen equipment. Quiet location despite being on high street. Birdlife galore and bird feeders and seeds supplied! met lots of lovely locals. definitely coming back to Braunston and would book again. All of the local pubs served great food and service was great too. local shops close by too. Thanks again!

This cottage was absolutely gorgeous a true Gem , so quirky, old and modern all in one and as comfortable as a hug, we also had a wonderful welcome basket and a lovely welcoming card from Gerry & Fiona. Their two dogs were equally as welcoming always longing for a Pat or cuddle The cottage was situated brilliantly at the start of the village across from the church, the wildlife and bird life was immense A short walk down the path at the side of the cottage you are on the banks of the canal where we spent many happy hours Thank you Gerry for a truly wonderful, amazing stay, we will be back
