Spacious, green, quiet - train access to Salzburg

Enjoy a newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment with a mountain view in Buermoos. The apartment sleeps 5 people and is about 30 minutes from Salzburg city. The train station is within a 2 minute walking distance from the apartment which will take you to Salzburg main station. If you prefer to use the car, we offer free parking for 1 car (more vehicles are possible upon request). If you are looking to bring work along, we have you covered - the apartment offers a work station with an extra monitor.

Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish home. You will live alone in our new house in an absolutely quiet location on the edge of the forest with a wide view of the countryside in the immediate vicinity of the Holzöstersee, Höllerersee and the Mattsee. In half an hour you are in the city of Salzburg and in 15 minutes in neighboring Bavaria in Burghausen or Tittmoning. Relax in the pool and enjoy the tranquility. Located on a quiet organic farm in a secluded location – ideal for relaxing, cycling or enjoying nature. The loft offers a large kitchen with induction field, stove and refrigerator as well as a 25 m² glass front with insect protection. The private bathroom is only accessible via the shared anteroom, where other guests are also on the go. The windows can only be partially shaded – perfect for waking up with the sun. Sauna exclusively for a fee.

The apartment is accessible via an external staircase. There are up to 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 1 bathroom and 1 separate Toilet. Parking is right in front of the house Towels, linens and a hairdryer are provided. In the house is a small shop with Greek products.

This stylish and high-quality accommodation, in a historic and lovingly renovated manor house, is perfect for family and group trips. The property is nestled in a landscape park with extensive green and wooded areas, directly on a small stream. Nature plays the leading role here. This is also reflected in the natural and sustainable management of the property. Fresh vegetables, herbs, eggs and fruit are grown in the surrounding gardens.

Start your excursions by bike or car from our blue vacation cottage to the cozy Innviertel with its beautiful gardens, monasteries, markets, explore the Drei-Seengebiet or visit the cultural city of Salzburg, which you can reach in half an hour by car. When you come back, you can cook your own dinner in the cozy kitchen or fire up the grill. Enjoy the view of the pond, the flora and the cheeky swallows on the terrace.

Welcome to Das Seenahe! Our cheerful holiday apartment offers 55 m² and space for 2 people. It features a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a living room with air conditioning, and a furnished 14 m² balcony at the front. Free parking is also available. Das Seenahe is a quiet self-catering accommodation, just a few minutes by car from Lake Graben and perfect for your getaway.
