A beautiful 120 sqm apartment in a quiet location is rented out. Neukirchen is 10 minutes by car from Braunau and 40 minutes from Salzburg. In the immediate vicinity are two inns, a bakery and a supermarket. Up to 10 people can stay throughout the country house, so that it lets you live very quietly and relaxed throughout the house. The adjacent generation park for young and old with a large children's playground invites you to linger.

The apartment is in a quiet location and yet very central. Mattighofen train station is a 12-minute walk away. Salzburg is approx. 45 minutes away by car, Braunau am Inn approx. 20 minutes. Doctors, shops and cultural facilities are just a few minutes' walk away. According to § 47 Abs. 2 of the OÖ-Tourism Act 2018, a local tax of € 2.40 per person per night is charged, which is already included in the price. This amount is paid to the municipality.
