Lovingly renovated in 2025, 400-year-old Flachgau farm in the Salzburg region with private bathing area on Lake Irrsee. The jewel of this farm is the associated secluded bathing area with bathing hut and boat in a secluded location, in the middle of the Irrsee nature reserve, 8 km away. If you ever forget your swim trunks at home, no problem, no one will see them here. Just a two-minute drive away, you will find shops, a pharmacy, doctors, the FANTASIANA amusement park, a riding arena, and a water park.

Quiet Room in the Green near Salzburg

Es ist hier sehr ruhig, sonnig + grün. Das Zimmer ist im EG und klein, barrierefrei. Es hat 1 Schlafsofa (160x200) für 2 Pers. 1 weitere Person könnte auf einer sehr guten Matratze schlafen. Dusche/WC ist nur für Gäste. Eigener Eingang mit Schlüssel ist ebenso vorhanden. Die Büroeinrichtung mit PC, Fax, Drucker ... kann benützt werden. Auf Wunsch mache ich gerne Frühstück, ihr sagt mir dann, was ihr alles essen + trinken wollt. Es gibt keine Küche, aber eine im1. Stock, die benützt werden kann.

Bright, cozy, personally managed – a quiet retreat with its own local spring and pure nature by the spring stream.

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

Apartment with A VIEW

Located on the Austrian-German border. The historic old town of the cultural city of Burghausen with restaurants, bars, cinemas, churches, museums, etc. is within walking distance. The Salzach river is right in front of the apartment and is perfect for walks up and down the river, or boat trips. The Wöhrsee in Burghausen is great for swimming in summer and ice bathing in winter. The “Burghausen Castle” (the longest castle in the world!) is definitely worth a visit.

This tastefully decorated accommodation is suitable for solo travelers or couples and families who would like to make themselves comfortable in the house and look into the distance from the magnificent lake terrace. The spacious garden can also be used and thus extends the living space by a lot on beautiful days. In the spacious living, dining and cooking area with fireplace, everyone can find enough space to relax and enjoy the stay, even in bad weather.

This stylish property is perfect for those seeking peace and quiet, but also for families and garden lovers. The summer vacation home is located on the edge of a small residential area. The adjacent forest is suitable for long walks and the forest lake can be reached in just 10 minutes. The bus stop is 150 m away, the train station about 5 km. The popular bathing lakes such as Lake Mattsee, Lake Irrsee and Lake Mondsee can be reached in 20 minutes by car.

Our chalet in the orchard offers the ideal conditions for a relaxing and restful as well as eventful vacation. Whether a family vacation is on the agenda, you just want to enjoy the peace and sun or want to be really active in sports: everyone gets their money's worth with us! Yurt near Salzburg

Our yurt is an original Mongolian yurt covered with sheep wool fleece from the region. It is located on our property where we live on a small farm with animals. The small village is quiet and secluded. The yurt can be equipped with double or single beds for the night as needed. Next door is the "cabin" where there is a kitchen with a stove and fridge, as well as a shower with hot water.
