Beautiful apartment, close to Salzburg, about 73 m2, on the first floor of a detached house, beautiful location only 2 km from Lake Höller. Here you will find peace and quiet while hiking or cycling at the Holzöstersee, Ibmer Moor, on the Salzach. The Mozart city of Salzburg is only 25 km away and can be easily reached (only a 12-minute walk to the train station with P&R parking) by local train. Burghausen (the longest castle in the world) is also just 23 km (14 miles) away. Hallstatt is about 108 km (67 miles) away.

Relax Appartment on farmland

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

Small apartment in a quiet location

The apartment is in a quiet location and yet very central. Mattighofen train station is a 12-minute walk away. Salzburg is approx. 45 minutes away by car, Braunau am Inn approx. 20 minutes. Doctors, shops and cultural facilities are just a few minutes' walk away. According to § 47 Abs. 2 of the OÖ-Tourism Act 2018, a local tax of € 2.40 per person per night is charged, which is already included in the price. This amount is paid to the municipality.

Whether a family vacation is on the agenda, you just want to enjoy the peace and sun or want to be really active in sports: everyone gets their money's worth with us! Stylish, single-story, 100-m² designer villa, adjacent to the Salzburg Lake District, with pool, garden shower, and mountain views. 5–15 minutes by car to 4 different lakes. 25 minutes by car to the festival city of Salzburg with all its highlights. The house is located in a small residential area with some houses and lots of greenery, meadows and forests in the immediate vicinity. There are four parking spaces right on the property.

Familyfriendly place close to the lake!

Our family-friendly holiday apartment is located in a quiet residential area, yet right in the center. The natural swimming spot at Lake Obertrum, the public beach at Lake Mattsee, and the village center are all just a few minutes’ walk away. But you don’t even have to go far to enjoy nature: relax in our garden, have breakfast on your private terrace with a glimpse of lake view, and smile at our mini pigs and chickens.

Tiny house for connoisseurs!

Start your excursions by bike or car from our blue vacation cottage to the cozy Innviertel with its beautiful gardens, monasteries, markets, explore the Drei-Seengebiet or visit the cultural city of Salzburg, which you can reach in half an hour by car. When you come back, you can cook your own dinner in the cozy kitchen or fire up the grill. Enjoy the view of the pond, the flora and the cheeky swallows on the terrace.
