Perfectly located between Salzburg, Hallstatt, Mondsee and the ski resorts of Saalbach-Hinterglemm, Flachau, Obertauern. Skiing, cross-country skiing, winter hiking and Christmas markets very close (within 1 hour drive). The new highway connection makes it ideal for car travelers. Bright, cozy, personally managed – a quiet retreat with its own local spring and pure nature by the spring stream.

Relax Appartment on farmland

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

Small apartment in a quiet location

The apartment is in a quiet location and yet very central. Mattighofen train station is a 12-minute walk away. Salzburg is approx. 45 minutes away by car, Braunau am Inn approx. 20 minutes. Doctors, shops and cultural facilities are just a few minutes' walk away. According to § 47 Abs. 2 of the OÖ-Tourism Act 2018, a local tax of € 2.40 per person per night is charged, which is already included in the price. This amount is paid to the municipality.

Brand new ground-level 100 m² designer villa, adjacent to the Salzburg Lake District with pool, garden shower and mountain view. 5 - 15 minutes by car to 4 different lakes. 25 minutes by car to the festival city of Salzburg with all its highlights. The house is located in a small residential development with some houses and lots of greenery, meadows and forests in the immediate vicinity. There are four parking spaces right on the property.

The sunny apartment is a light-flooded apartment and is divided into a living room with an open view to the south and west, a bedroom and bathroom with bathtub. It offers up to five people space for a pleasant stay. This is an apartment that has a very warm atmosphere. The balcony leads directly into the garden. A multi-generational park with a large children's playground is next to it. Car parking is in front of the house.

Familyfriendly place close to the lake!

Our family-friendly holiday apartment is located in a quiet residential area, yet right in the center. The natural swimming spot at Lake Obertrum, the public beach at Lake Mattsee, and the village center are all just a few minutes’ walk away. But you don’t even have to go far to enjoy nature: relax in our garden, have breakfast on your private terrace with a glimpse of lake view, and smile at our mini pigs and chickens.

Tiny house for connoisseurs!

Start your excursions by bike or car from our blue vacation cottage to the cozy Innviertel with its beautiful gardens, monasteries, markets, explore the Drei-Seengebiet or visit the cultural city of Salzburg, which you can reach in half an hour by car. When you come back, you can cook your own dinner in the cozy kitchen or fire up the grill. Enjoy the view of the pond, the flora and the cheeky swallows on the terrace.
