Spacious open floor plan with 4-bedroom 2 bath located one block off 285. Centrally located 1/2 block from grocery store, CVS, restaurants and gas stations. This home is filled with my custom-made artwork that is for sale. I provide a variety of amenities for the entire family to enjoy. Spacious fenced backyard with a propane grill those who love to grill. There is plenty of room for the children to play. The Pecos River is just a few blocks away where you can enjoy the beach or water park.

One of the best Air bnb’s that I’ve stayed at. It’s even better than the pictures. It was very clean and had a neutral clean smell, not the over sprayed Febreze or Glade plug in smell. And it has a coffee pot instead of the Keurig which I am not a fan of. Very walkable for my pup. Gorgeous sunset views.

Really nice house in a quiet part of town. House was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was thoughtful of our host to leave fruit, pastries, milk and juices for our stay. We enjoyed hanging out on the patio in back- it was dusty and dry this time of year, but we wiped the furniture down and it was fine. Didn’t see any deer- but there were lots of birds! Location was great for us, we were visiting the National Parks and it was a great place to base our travels from. Folks in Carlsbad were very friendly and provided lots of advice on places to visit and eat.
