Monthly Rentals in Branston Booths

What a fantastic little space. I’d tended to stay in Lincoln city centre when on business there in the past, but never again! So peaceful, well equipped, clean and with some nice little touches too in terms of coffee pods and breakfast etc. Nice to get some recommendations for runs in the area (so much nicer than a run round Lincoln city centre - the “steep hill”, wow, never again!). I honestly can’t fault it, and hope to be back.

A little gem of a place. It was the perfect place to stay after attending a concert in Lincoln. Thoughtfully fitted out and homely, spotlessly clean and with a really comfy bed. Ashleigh was a great host, gave us clear instructions before arrival and greeted us in person when we got there. Thank you for the welcome items in the fridge-they were much appreciated! We have both said that we would book again.

David is a lovely host and the flat was perfect for our stay. It was tidy and had great facilities, as well as being within walking distance of the city centre. I would highly recommend!
