Vacation rentals with a patio in Brannenburg

Very nice and especially family-friendly accommodation. The apartment was very clean and corresponded to the descriptions. We were in the apartment with two families (3 children, 2-8 years). The outdoor area with pool was great and also great for the kids. The direct location on the railway tracks with regular train and freight traffic (even at night) was not disturbing for us. We will be happy to come back.

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

Claudia was very friendly and accommodating. Check in and out went smoothly. The apartment was nice and offered more than enough space for two people. We had a fantastic time at Claudia's and were able to take some wonderful hikes in the area.

Beautiful apartment and very sweet, helpful hosts! We were greeted by a high-quality furnished, top modern and clean apartment, which is located in a new, very well-maintained house. After the vacation, our son probably first talked about the apartment, which he liked so much, in kindergarten. In the basement, the apartment has its own washing machine and dryer, both of which are ready for use at any time if needed. Despite the proximity to the highway, the apartment is quiet. Baker, butcher and a small supermarket are within walking distance. The location of the apartment makes it possible to explore the area around Lake Chiemsee as well as the entire Bavarian Alpine foothills up to Austria. Carolin and Stephan always had an open ear, were always easily accessible and were there to help. Her friendly manner made the stay even more enjoyable. We'd love to come back!

The apartment met our expectations 100%. Even exceeded, there was a new coffee machine and the balcony overlooking the Kampenwand was simply wonderful. Fantastic surroundings with plenty of opportunities for beautiful activities. Lake Chiemsee is great, in good weather there are many swimming areas. We recommend the beach bar in Übersee. Bavarian tavern culture is available everywhere and delicious and always super friendly staff even when the place is buzzing. We recommend the Hirzinger (Alte Post). However, you are already dependent on the car to be able to explore as much as possible. For the programming of TV and channels, you could possibly provide a handout (for bad weather days). All in all, we had a great vacation and were overwhelmed by the mountains (as northern lights)

We stayed at the garden view chalet for 10 days over Easter and it was just as hoped. Very nice, new and spacious house in a wonderful location. Wendelstein, Aiplspitz and Rote Wand - a great view. We were able to do great hikes. I would like to mention the well-equipped study in the basement. The inns in the village are so good that we hardly used the beautiful kitchen. Max was very helpful and always answered all questions promptly. Clear recommendation!

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

There were two of us with our little dog. The house and especially the large garden were very nice. Since the weather was great, we had a very relaxing vacation. Hermann was also always available if there were any questions. Absolutely recommended.

We had a great holiday here! You immediately feel at home and nothing is missing, everything is very clean and prepared with a lot of love, it doesn't get any better! The highlight is of course the large heated pool. The town of Rott was also the right starting point for us for many excursions in the area and you will find everything you need there as well as many nice restaurants. We had a wonderful stay at the house flying roots. Perfect for a holiday with a child and dog. The garden is large and fenced. Great that we could just let our dog out. The location is perfect for things to do nearby. We felt very comfortable. Thank you very much.

Location, location, location! Close to many museums, restaurants, markets, boutiques, and only a short subway trip to center of Munich. Sarah’s place was perfect for our week stay in Munich! The place was spotless, modern, and well equipped. She took initiative to make our stay even more comfortable for us and our adult daughter. Thank you, Sarah. We had a wonderful time in this exceptionally beautiful accommodation. The house is in an idyllic setting – perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. Everything was very well maintained and lovingly furnished, you can immediately tell that a lot of heart is put into the work here. Lisa and Max were simply great: Despite many requests, they always took the time to support us in a friendly and helpful way. They were very eager to fulfill our every wish and made sure that we could feel completely comfortable. You rarely experience so much dedication and warmth! The apartment is easy to find, really has everything you need and the great terrace with the well-kept garden and beautiful roses completes everything. For us, the ground-level entrance was great, because the grandfather of our little one, who was with us, unfortunately can walk very badly and so is dependent on help and a wheelchair. Everything is no problem here, without any steps. The equipment was really great here and baker and butcher are really quickly reached and both very delicious. The place itself is rather quiet, but we also enjoyed it and it is still absolutely beautifully located and a great starting point to start excursions in the area by car, bike or even by train. So, during the week, we explored the Tegernsee and its surroundings by car, discovered Bad Tölz and chased our little one up and down the summer toboggan run and enjoyed the days on the terrace, where the little one could even enthusiastically use the toy tractor.

Excellent stay at Franziska's! The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly located less than a mile from the train station, providing easy access to Munich and day trip destinations. Gauting offers wonderful restaurants and cafes to explore as well as a beautiful walking trail that runs along the river. Franziska was exceptionally responsive and attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommend - thank you for a memorable Bavarian experience!
