The spacious apartment (approx. 90 square meters, 4 m ceiling height) has a living/dining area with fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom (bed 1.80 wide, on request with baby cot) and bathroom. The sofa in the living area can be converted into a bed (1.50 m wide). On the balcony, you can enjoy your morning coffee in the sun.

It is about 1 hour's drive from Munich, Salzburg and Innsbruck. Free private parking for 2 cars and single garage for 1 car/bicycles/skis on the premises. Children are welcome. 1 high chair and 1 baby travel cot are available. A bakery/cafe is about 3 minutes walking distance.

It is particularly suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or passing through. You are in this cozy room with an integrated new bathroom for you. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is deliberately no TV. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.

Our old barn with a cowshed from 1866 was completely restored and renovated a few years ago into a residential building with an adjoining small tiny house (formerly a sheepfold and workshop).
