Our adult family of 5 plus dog stayed at Victoria’s place for a long weekend. We was blessed with good weather and enjoyed utilising the secure garden and terrace. The house is well located to Brancaster beach (15min scenic walk) and the pub next door has recently been refurbished to a high standard. Car park fits 2 SUVs but always space outside. Great property, great location and a great host. Thank you again xx

Perfect accommodation for the Family. Busy but not rushed. Swimming pool a fantastic bonus. Grandchildren and myself swam every day. Other adults enjoyed the sauna as well. Didn't travel far from our home to get there but had such a brilliant time it could have been anywhere. Dogs loved the garden and beach. Thank you Clair for my perfect weekend away to celebrate an early birthday with my family x

Pilgrims Cottage

HayleyRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Pilgrims Cottage was the perfect holiday home for our family with two young children (3 months and 2.5 years). There was just enough space for a travel cot in both the main bedroom and the second bedroom. The swimming pool was a real highlight of the stay, it was so warm and clean. Having the gorgeous beach at the end of the road was also brilliant! The cottage was very cosy and well kitted out with everything we needed. Maxine was a fantastic host, giving us recommendations and checking we were ok when we saw her on site during the stay. We’ll definitely be back to stay, thank you so much.

Luxury home indoor pool and stunning sea views

SarahRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
The house was very comfortable. Having two lounges was great and the view from the upstairs lounge across the sea was lovely. The pool was a real highlight for the children - they loved the pool! It’s a short walk to the village centre and the little Tesco’s close by was very handy. The walk to the sea was very short but the steep steps were too difficult for someone with knee and back pain but great for everyone else. The sea was calm enough to swim in which was great. We really enjoyed our holiday.

We had a lovely little break at the cottage. A perfect location for visiting the local areas, trips to the beach. The cottage was cosy with added touches to welcome my family and two young children. Ruth was very welcoming and great at keeping in touch, offering info on the local areas, attractions and different places to eat out. We would certainly return and would highly recommend to others. Summer Lodge in Wells-Next-The-Sea

FionaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Lovely property. Very clean. Walkable to pubs, restaurants and beach. And a short drive, or longer walk, away from lots of lovely Norfolk villages and beaches. Great weather, so could use outside furniture. Gravel driveway was too soft for a large car, so just parked on the road close by. However, there wasn't any information about the house eg bin day or whether to strip beds on leaving etc. Overall, a lovely holiday home for 4 friends to have a great holiday.

Luxury House Brancaster Staithe Norfolk sleeps 6

LynnRating, 5 stars13 months ago
Stayed here to celebrate my Husbands pending 60th. Six adults and dogs. Well this house has the wow factor all over it, thoughtfully built beautiful extension and very mod cons and plenty of space for a large gathering. It did take us some time to get used to the key fob for the front door but I suspect that was more us! We had lovely beach walks and then enjoyed the garden and bbq area. We all had a great time! Thank you so much!

Edelweiss Holiday Cottage

RaeRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Edelweiss Cottage is lovely - spacious enough for 3 adults and 3 excited small dogs without losing the lovely cosy cottage feel. We all had a great time - walks along Happisburgh beach and an afternoon snuggled up in the fleece blankets kindly provided by Tracie while we watched the rain come down outside! Very welcoming and dog friendly; milk in the fridge for us & a water bowl outside for the dogs, a secure garden and a hosepipe to wash muddy paws after a run through the farmyard! The café on the way to the beach has great bacon rolls, dogs are welcome in the garden area
