Easy access to Great Yarmouth abd Norfolk coast by bus and a few pub/cafes/takeaways in the village. All you could want and more. Lynette is an extremely helpful and friendly host. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

From when we first made contact with Laura, until we came back home, the whole process was really clear and easy. Laura gave us detailed instructions for check in and check out, she also left us some welcome gifts, which was a lovely touch and made us feel very welcome! We really loved the house and enjoyed our stay there, the beds were very comfortable and the shower was excellent. We enjoyed the record collection and the selection of games available, particularly North and West Norfolk Monopoly! The house location was perfect, close to the beach and centre. We also enjoyed the garden in bloom. Definitely one of our favourite mini breaks.

Lovely location to explore the Norfolk coast/broads. Unfortunately the pool was on a rota, which we were not aware of pre-booking, and the sauna was also out of action.

Just returned from a weekend break at Kirsty's chalet & literally cannot fault it! spotlessly clean, check in was straight forward and there were some lovely little welcome gifts for us & the kids which were a lovely surprise. swimming pool was a couple minute walk & brilliant.. beach was only a 10 minute walk away and also only 10 minutes to yarmouth pier 😊 100% we will return. A perfect place to relax and unwind. Private surroundings , throw the doors open and connect with nature. Early morning deer, rabbits, and an entertaining cock pheasant protecting his territory. Thoroughly enjoyed exploring locally and further afield. Used the foot ferry to Harwich and a glorious barge trip on the,Orwell, a beautiful river. Thank you Sally for a lovely stay.

We had the most wonderful stay, the house is absolutely stunning and is beautifully furnished it has everything you could possible need. It is close to the town centre and the beach. Liz is a fabulous host, always replied to any queries very quickly. The only downside is the parking as there is only 1 car park space at the property but we managed to find a space on the road and we totally understand that this is out of Liz's control.

Perfect for exploring the North Norfolk coast, this functional yet luxurious house is a short walk to the brilliant Wells restaurants and beach. The house is well stocked and perfect for two couples, and most importantly equipped with an EV charger setup that works perfectly. Gaenor was very responsive, welcoming and helpful.

Stayed here to celebrate my Husbands pending 60th. Six adults and dogs. Well this house has the wow factor all over it, thoughtfully built beautiful extension and very mod cons and plenty of space for a large gathering. It did take us some time to get used to the key fob for the front door but I suspect that was more us! We had lovely beach walks and then enjoyed the garden and bbq area. We all had a great time! Thank you so much!
