Relax on the deck, enjoy a movie night or melt the day away in the soaker tub. There is a wet bar in the living room area. A small kitchenette with stove, fridge, microwave, utensils and more. If you need the laundry you are welcome to use it. Our space is warm and inviting and waiting for you to come and enjoy it.

Great place to kick back and relax in our centrally located modern basement suite which is part of our circa 1900 home. Completely private suite includes private keyless entry, queen size adjustable bed, kitchenette with table and chairs. Interior door locks, Smart TV, two comfy chairs, electric fireplace. Large walk-in deluxe shower, with towel warmer, large vanity and right height toilet. The kitchenette has an air-fryer, mini fridge, plates, cutlery, coffee, tea and hot chocolate.

A spacious living room is furnished with a large sectional sofa and a pair of armchairs, enhanced by colorful throw pillows. A sleek coffee table sits in the center, surrounded by soft carpet. Wall decor includes framed photographs and a musical instrument, adding character to the space.

Comfortable Room in a Quiet and Safe Neighborhood

Relax and enjoy your own private space including a large, comfortable bedroom with a desk, arm chair, and an adjacent bathroom. A kettle is provided with a selection of teas. There is small fridge for your convenience. The large living room provides a comfortable sectional where you can relax. Our area is one of the newer areas of Brandon. It is a beautiful and safe area to walk. Darrell and I are both retired teachers. Our home is smoke-free and pet-free.

The living area features a dark sofa, accompanied by decorative pillows. A classic wooden chair is positioned beside a soft-glow lamp. A glass coffee table rests on an area rug, with a wall-mounted television providing entertainment. Natural light enters through a window covered by sheer curtains.

Light, bright, one bedroom suite on the lower level of my home. Brand new construction. Everything you need for your stay including bedding, towels, shampoo, shower gel, dishes, pans, basic condiments.Kitchen has full size fridge, stove and microwave. Laundry is beside the suite and shared with the owner *please note - lower 6 ft ceiling in part of bedroom. A comfortable suite for your stay and centrally located for easy access to the city.

Our spacious bi level unit offers 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathroom, galley kitchen with modern appliances, dining and living area. Enclosed deck off of living room to enjoy a cup of coffee and fresh air. Basement has access to laundry.

Private basement bedroom

This modern home is in the south area of Brandon. Swiss Chalet, Harvey’s, Canadian Tire, Shopper’s Mall Brandon, the Liquor Store are within close distance. A bus stop is directly across the street for easy accessibility. There is not a separate entrance for the basement so check in is through the front door. We do live here as well so at times the basement may need to be accessed for laundry or the hair salon downstairs.
