Studio in Georgian townhouse with parking

This is a pleasant light studio in a Georgian townhouse in the centre of historic King's Lynn. You have a shower room and loo and your own kitchen. The bed is a proper size double sofa bed, easy to use. Daytime sofa and bed at night. You have your own front door. Very good wi-fi. It is an easy walk from the rail and bus station. There are great restaurants close by. I want to make your stay enjoyable but I will not be a "hands on" host though we live upstairs and can easily be contacted.

Enjoy a relaxing stay half a mile from Cley Marshes (Norfolk Wildlife Trust) visitor centre and a mile from the sea. It is an ideal location for bird watchers, walkers and cyclists. This warm and comfortable well presented modern refurbished small annexe (one guest only) benefits from en-suite shower room, independent access, outside seating area/patio and secure parking on site. Free use of fast Wi-Fi. Bike storage. My daughter Rachel and myself are happy to reply to any queries.

(NB. the opposite end from pub & shop.) The cottage is located just 4 miles from the Norfolk Heritage Coast with easy access to great dog walks, bird sanctuaries, nature reserves and cycle paths. Naturally Norfolk are small independent holiday property owners who offer simple, accommodation at a sensible price.
