Our beautiful 3 bed cottage is traditional brick and flint. Located in Docking, a 5 minute drive from the glorious beaches of North Norfolk and well served by high standard eateries and shops locally. Sleeping 6 in 3 rooms all on the first floor. The ground floor comprises of a high spec kitchen and dining area, laundry room and lounge with log burner. 2 bathrooms, one with freestanding stone bath and a ground floor wetroom with walk in shower. Secure front and rear gardens with BBQ and seating.

Our spacious bungalow is set within a wonderful quiet location of Brancaster. The village needs no introduction, beautiful beaches,pubs,sailing,boutique shops. Miles upon miles of tracks for walking/talking/eating & drinking. This property is 15 mins walk to the beach & 15 mins walk to Brancaster Staithe harbour along the coastal path. It is open plan,spacious & the 2 large bi- fold doors leading into the garden allow light aplenty. 4 bicycles for your amusement. Parking for 3 cars out front.

Ideally located, just off the North Norfolk coastal path it is the perfect place to get away and enjoy the scenic surroundings. Close to the stunning beaches of Brancaster, Holkham and Scolts Head Island, golf courses and the charming town of Burnham Market with its award winning restaurants, deli’s and boutique shops. Please note that it is a family home, therefore a £1000 damage deposit is required.

St Anne’s is a quirky, characterful coastal bungalow in Brancaster Staithe, sleeping up to 10 across the main house and a self-contained annex ideal for groups wanting space to gather but also retreat. Walk to the harbour, beach and the Jolly Sailors a proper local pub, not a tourist trap. Wells-next-the-Sea and Burnham Market are both an easy drive for food and exploring. Large enclosed garden, sheltered west-facing patio, plenty of parking for everyone driving from different directions.

A three-minute walk will take you to the Boardwalk across the marshes, perfect for a scenic walk to Brancaster Beach or Brancaster Staithe. The property also features off-street parking, a private, fully fenced garden, and convenient access to the dog-friendly beach, which is open year-round.

Coastal Retreat for two in Brancaster Staithe.

Little Redwings is the perfect location for couples wanting a coastal getaway. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Brancaster Staithe, yet still within walking distance to the pubs, Coastliner bus stop, harbour, and many other popular coastal attractions. Having just been completely refurbished in January 2024, Little Redwings is designed to offer luxurious and comfortable accommodation in an open plan studio. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets.

Feel at Home & Enjoy the Sea Air

The house is in the small village of Brancaster Staithe on the North Norfolk coast – designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is in a small group of houses, three minutes’ walk from the Staithe with its sailing club, fishing sheds, ice cream truck, the marshes and coastal path. Enormous skies, sun and soft winds make this an area we have loved to return to for over 25 years. We hope that you will come to love it as we have.

The house is just 200m from the sea, Brancaster sailing club & North Norfolk Coast There are two fabulous family friendly pubs in the village, 'The Jolly Sailor ' 300m into the village and 'The White Horse'. beautiful Brancaster beach is only a mile to the west The house has great connections to the Norfolk coastal path, with it being a 1 min walk from the front door, choices for walking and wildlife spotting are endless.
