Lovely peaceful setting and comfortable cottage. I hurt my back and electric blanket was a bonus. Seonaid was so helpful providing medicines and heat packs. CD player didn’t work but great wee radio with good local station. Disappointed it was in the shade after about 11 but setting was lovely and we could drive out and explore easily. Wowee! Just arrived home from a wonderful stay in Portuairk, we have stayed in many pods all across Scotland and this was by far the most luxurious and most spacious! The pod is stunning, super clean and well equipped. The surrounding area is beautiful with breathtaking scenery and lovely sandy beaches. Hosts were also very decent and available if needed. I would highly recommend a visit to these pods and Portuairk!

Lovely shepherds hut in a great location. Close to beautiful Sanna beach which is well worth a visit. Paul and Caroline were great hosts, and provided lots of local recommendations. We will definitely stay here again.

A great cabin in a wonderfull location, surrounded by mountains. Totally peaceful with breathtaking views across to the sea in the distance. Cabin is snug and warm, really comfortable and a great place to relax after exploring the local area. Karen is an excellent host- responding quickly to any query. Thoroughly recommend this cabin.
