We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on the property. Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, purely minimalist! Adventure instead of luxury.

The idyllically situated "Mühlenhaus" on the Mühlenbach of the Nethe is part of the castle ensemble in Amelunxen. Formerly built as the miller's residence, it is nestled in the village and thus within walking distance of the village shop and bakery. Family-owned for generations, it still serves as a private vacation home. It impresses with its traditional furnishings and cozy atmosphere. Dear guests, here is some information: Bright attic studio between Egge Mountains and Weser Uplands with nice views. It consists of a living-kitchen-sleeping area and separate bathroom. You have your own staircase. The entrance is shared with us. Note the 30-degree roof slope. The bed with new mattress is 1.40 x 2.00 m. Cotton bedding. You can make beautiful excursions in the area. My place is right in the center of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and pubs as well as all shopping are within walking distance. Corvey Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the R1 bike path, only about 500 meters from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the recreational lake with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.
