Get out on the countryside! Huus Utspann will be your new favorite place. It's like "coming home," the guests who have already opened in this cozy house. The traffic-calmed village center of Ramelsloh is quiet and yet conveniently located on the BAB A7 and on the highway A1, 20 km south of Hamburg. If you love nature and want to visit the beautiful city, this is the case. The nearby swimming pond with the best water quality is very popular with Jung & Alt.

Located between Hamburg and the Lüneburg Heath, our small farm with adjacent fields is located in the municipality of Seevetal. On the upper floor of the residential building is the approx. 100 sqm apartment, which is perfect for relaxing in the countryside or exploring Hamburg and the Lüneburg Heath from here. Both excursions can only be reached in 20 minutes by car. Alternatively, there is a bus stop within walking distance with connections to Hamburg.

The apartment was newly renovated/refurbished in 2023. The listed building used to be a horse stable. This gives the building a very special charm. Our old farm is very quiet. You have the opportunity to walk directly on the lake or to get some fresh air in the forest. Our location is ideally situated. We are right in the middle of Hamburg and Lüneburg (each 20 km away).
