Absolutely beautiful, peaceful location with the convenience of being located a walkable distance into Lincoln. Such a comfortable stay, everything thought of and plenty of space. Immaculately clean! We appreciated the welcome pack of milk, juice and tasty treats. Graham was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend to all and we would love to return.

We really enjoyed our stay in the annexe. It was homely and comfortable. We had lovely weather so could relax in the garden as well. Wendy and her husband live in the adjacent house, and were helpful and friendly. A great place to stay 😊
