We absolutely LOVED Dawn’s home. It was even more beautiful than the pictures. We were extremely impressed with how well stocked absolutely everything was in the home….she thought of every detail and went way above and beyond. The welcome basket was stocked with delicious treats, there was extra…everything. Her home was cozy, warm and welcoming. Dawn is an extremely generous host. I highly recommend staying at Dawn’s home and we look forward to returning soon.

Great apartment with excellent location. Super clean and spacious. Main bedroom was comfy, though futon in 2nd room was somewhat hard for sleeping. Loved the well appointed kitchen!

We were in town for a wedding and had a great stay at Michelle’s place. Great location in the heart of Port Carling but still private enough to relax on the large deck and enjoy the view of the water. Would definitely stay again.

Hands down the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in After almost three years of Airbnbs around the world, this one in Canada tops them all. We stayed in both the Lookout (the little house) and the Pine Lodge (above the store)—and didn’t want to leave. The Lookout felt like a cozy sanctuary: garden, sauna, spotless, fully equipped. The Pine Lodge had a steam room (huge bonus!), comfy couches, a big dining table, and a fire always going. But what made it truly special were Krystal and Madison—the kindest, most caring hosts we’ve ever had. It felt like arriving at friends’, not strangers’. During a freak ice storm, they moved us to a backup-powered house and even brought us food. Just wow. Local tips: • Cawaja Store: best coffee, insane ice cream, and local broths, pies, soups. • Mums Restaurant: old-school diner, fresh, cooked-to-order food. • The Friendly Corner: lovely for sunny outdoor meals.

Paula was an amazing host…very friendly & easy to communicate with! The property was gorgeous, easy to find & exactly what we were hoping for! We had everything we needed for a weekend getaway & felt right at home. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great, so we weren’t able to enjoy the stunning, large dock. But we won’t hesitate booking again when we are back in the area….Definitely a 5 star stay!

We stayed at April’s Airbnb for a long weekend and absolutely loved it! April was incredibly helpful and understanding, especially when I needed some flexibility with scheduling. The space was spotless, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location is perfect—just 10 minutes from downtown Huntsville. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area!

We absolutely loved staying at Jessica’s place, it felt like we were cocooning in a treehouse. The location was so close to beautiful Georgian Bay. The kitchen was nicely stocked and we enjoyed the interior fireplace and exterior fire pit. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

The apartment was beautiful and spacious. The Airbnb was close to a lot of restaurants and the downtown core. Grocery store and laundromat were close as well. Highly recommend.

We only did a one night stay for a wedding in Barrie, so we didn’t use the place much except for sleep. Didn’t use the kitchen except for coffee. The bed was super comfortable and the blinds kept the room nice and dark (with a toddler this is super important!). Great place would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Dan’s! The space was spotlessly clean with lots of beautiful decorations and personal touches. It was peaceful, quiet and we instantly felt at home. Convenient location with walkable distance to the recommended local shops and restaurants. Dan was friendly, helpful and quick to respond. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Coldwater area. Thank you, Dan!

We had a fantastic weekend staying at Gerard’s place! It was just as described from the pics and Gerard provided very clear instructions which made checking in seamless. The place was very clean, spacious, and right on the water! There was also a ton of things to do including kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, board games, a gym with weights as well as a fully stocked kitchen. We had a great time and would definitely come back again in the future!

Staying at Mine and Karen‘s place has been nothing short of amazing. The apartment is located in a peaceful setting and feels brand new, making you feel at home instantly. Randy and Sheila are a awesome couple, very welcoming and polite. Its located with an amazing view. Lot of activities to do or otherwise you can enjoy the serenity right from your doorstep.

We had a lovely stay at Stu and Heather’s place. It was clean, the property is beautiful and the kitchen was so well stocked. We were in town for a show at Casino Rama and it was great to be off the beaten path but still close after a late night. Stu greeted us when we checked in and gave us a great recommendation for a local restaurant. We look forward to coming back should an opportunity arise.

We absolutely loved our stay at Chantal and Sylvain’s place! From the moment we walked in, we were very impressed by this clean, cozy, and beautifully-furnished home-away-from-home. Our hosts thought of everything, and were friendly, responsive and helpful. Their place is complete with everything you could need for a comfortable stay, in addition to some additional thoughtful, special touches. We had fun playing some of the many available board games, and found it so peaceful to sit in their quiet backyard, surrounded by trees. We LOVED lounging in the beautiful hot tub. Next time we’re in Coldwater, we would definitely stay at Chantal and Sylvain’s place again! Highly recommend!

Sean is very Friendly and Professional. He responds to messages quickly. He is an amazing host where he is checking in on us ensuring if we needed anything he is only a phone call away. We have been going to the Resort for years. Easy to get too, very peaceful and the Units are so simple but nice. Not many places take pets but Sean's does which helped us alot. The beds are super comfortable, probably the best sleep I have had in a long time. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for our Stay. The Kids loved the gym to work out and then we spend quite a few hours at the pool. The fire pit was nice to sit at especially with the chilly weekend we just had. We will be back for sure to be Sean's Guest.

Sandra’s place is just like the pictures super cute, clean and private. The place has everything you need for a great stay. She’s very responsive to messages. It was our 2nd time enjoying her place and we’d look forward to booking with her again!

The apartment was very clean and spacious with a full kitchen, massive bathtub and shower as well as a nice master bedroom. There are lots of walking trails around, which was perfect since we brought our dog. Diana was a wonderful host, she was proactive and detailed in her communications which made our check in and check out process smooth. Thanks for a great stay, we’ll be back!
