The 1000 sq. ft. apartment occupies the lower level of our house with a separate entrance and patio. SANITATION PLEDGE: We are taking extra measures to make sure your rented space is safe. At each cleaning, we use disinfectant to wipe down all surfaces, handles, railings, light switches, remote controls and appliances.

Our cozy, quiet, home backs to walking trail, creek & prairie. Easy access to interstate, restaurants & shopping. You have private access to our walk-out basement w/bedroom, living room, bathroom, and kitchenette, + board games, books, ping pong, access to our backyard and a nearby park. The bedroom offers a queen bed & dark, cool sleeping. The family room includes two twin beds and a twin mattress on floor, plus our large comfy sofa and floor to ceiling windows showcasing our green space.

This 3 BR home is very open with tons of windows looking out on a private backyard with a fire pit and lots of birds and squirrels. Located minutes off of Dodge at 150th, it's close to Village Pointe and an easy drive to downtown Omaha and other attractions. You'll enjoy the entire main level and backyard but ... PLEASE NOTE: I will be in the basement during your stay accessing via the garage. My cat, Walter, may visit you in the backyard. Otherwise, he'll be in the basement with me.

You’ll love the outdoor space, seasonal pool (open after frost in March until mid October) & outdoor bar for entertainment, the ambiance, the neighborhood, and the comfy beds. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and small to big groups.

Such a nice couple who hosted. Went above and beyond to be kind and generous hosts. They provided bottled water and soap and shampoo for the shower. All the essentials you need

The house was clean and well-maintained, with a beautifully kept garden. The dogs were very friendly, well-behaved, and a joy to be around. The host was also very talkative and pleasant to chat with.

I missed my return-trip night at Sharon‘s, stuck hours away driving in blinding rain and gusting winds. Add in some intermittent road construction - harder to see every minute - and I decided I needed to stop driving long before getting to her place.. I emailed Sharon privately that I wouldn’t make it, received a very gracious reply, and was able to find an alternative that let me get off the road safely and much sooner. No fault to Sharon and her lovely accommodations so my review remains positive.

The place is charming and quaint. It’s a great walking distance to CSM, which is where I needed to go. It has everything you need for the stay. Kristine and Jerry are very friendly and quick to respond when you need things. The home is also owned by a church, which I feel makes the area and the people in the home feel safe.
