A really well arranged and tastefully decorated apartment, quiet and spacious. Air conditioning is a real plus since there are 2 (living room-kitchen + bedroom) The bedding is extremely comfortable, which is rare enough to be highlighted. There are no surprises or false notes, it's perfect, there are all the amenities to feel at home, even better (Smart TV - Wifi - all the kitchen essentials, 2 coffee machines, a Brita carafe to filter the water, maintenance and basic necessities in case of late arrival) in short it's TOP LEVEL. You can park on the street of the accommodation (Free from 5 p.m. to 9 a.m.) then there is plenty of free parking nearby for the day. The proximity to the historic city center of Bourges is very appreciable (Cathedral a few minutes' walk away and many restaurants) Would definitely stay again!

Great apartment, close to the center, cathedral, restaurant. Well equipped and spacious. Under the roofs, so during hot weather, it's hard to cool off. And there's a bar downstairs for those who are sensitive to noise with the windows open.

Ideally located accommodation, quiet, close to the city center and with private parking. Sebastien was very responsive from the beginning by contacting us and then accompanying us via phone or SMS until we took possession of the apartment, which turned out to be perfectly in line with the description, well arranged, nicely decorated and very well maintained. We are delighted to have been able to enjoy this apartment during a very brief stay in Bourges. We highly recommend this stop, both to enjoy Sebastien's kindness and to comfortably use his apartment as well as the charm of this city.

This is my third time coming to Bourges, the previous accommodations were small and with very average bedding. In this place, you have everything and it feels like home. The duplex is great. i would no longer have to choose when I should return to Bourges. I would take this one directly. Aurelien is a very very responsive host. thank you

Spacious, comfortable, very well-equipped and tastefully decorated apartment. Close to shops, places of interest and restaurants. Paid parking next door or free parking about a 5-minute walk away. Bus also very close. Very easy communication, Renaud is very nice and very accommodating on check-in and checkout times. Highly recommend.
