Nice place to stay that meets our expectations , self check-in and the place is secure. 50 meters from the city center. Very efficient and cordial email exchanges. For reasons we don't know, we've had access to a superior game home. 🙏🙏🙏 We really enjoyed this sales note. No problem parking, and the large parking lot is really a 2 minute walk to the property. everything is almost new, clean and reassuringly hygienic. Go with confidence.

Enjoy your stay, the apartment is very well located. The bus stop is just across the street and the mall is 100 m away. And very good network/internet coverage. I recommend it for students who need to stay for 1 month. Only downside, the fishmonger at the bottom of the building which emits strong odors,

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! We arrived later in the day and did not speak directly with Gilles upon arrival, but were assisted by one of the residents at the château who directed us to the man who assists Gilles guests. He was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process and assisted us with having our bags brought up the breathtakingly beautiful, but very large staircase, as there is no elevator. He and the other residents that helped us with our luggage have our most sincere gratitude! If you are in need of accommodations in this area, we highly recommend staying here! We are already planning to return in the future.

ideal location in Bourges city center. parking (with parkmetre) is a 1min walk. Several shops and restaurants nearby. The only "negative" point of our stay is the very cold temperature in the living room despite the heating activation. Cover yourself well if you come in winter

Gerry is a rare kind host. Welcoming and responsive, it puts you in confidence from the first exchanges. Of all my experiences as a traveler, he is the most enjoyable host I've ever met. We feel that it is at heart that people feel at home and the accommodation has been thought out in this sense: spacious, functional, nicely decorated, very clean and perfectly tidy. The fact that there is no window directly overlooking the outside (but on an entrance that it is in daylight) is absolutely not a constraint. Nothing is missing in terms of furniture, dishes, accessories (accommodation totally as advertised), there are even basics for cooking: oil, vinegar, salt, coffee pods, tea.... On top of all that, Gerry had even made drinks available. Many nearby shops including a bakery within a 1-minute walk and downtown within a 5-10-minute walk. I would recommend Gerry's home 100%.

The accommodation is very quiet, there is private access to the parking lot. Everything is in perfect condition,and functional. The fridge is large, so are the cabinets. The bathroom in length is spacious. The bedroom is perfectly arranged.

Clean and well-equipped accommodation, small secure courtyard for the ideal car in town. Very welcoming host. Very secluded rooms with views of the Marmande. I would recommend without hesitation.

Ideally located studio, in the heart of old Bourges.. You leave your car in the host's courtyard, and we can walk everything afterwards... Very quiet environment... The accommodation has a lot of charm, the decoration is neat and made with great taste.. Very complete equipment, Marie welcomed us with great sympathy.. Everything was perfect...
