Great location, host always responded quickly, the space is exactly as the photos show. I appreciate the quiche left for us on the day we arrived, it was very good. I would like to suggest a curtain on that glass door in the bedroom, we felt uncomfortable with the lack of privacy and the light that comes in, so I improvised a sheet to put up.

Our stay was great, the place was very nice and clean. Accessible by public transport and a short 20-minute walk from the metro. Metro 4 runs within 30 minutes to many important sights in Paris. The area of the accommodation is pleasantly quiet. Arnaud was easy and quick to reach with questions and made the check-in and check-out times flexible according to our wishes. The accommodation is lovingly furnished and everything important is available. Clear recommendation!

Beautiful apartment on the fourth floor with a nice view of Paris from the living room. The apartment is very easy to access, the instructions are accurate. The accommodation is neatly arranged and pleasant to stay in. Accessible 3 minutes to the first bus that goes to RER B or metro 4 to reach Paris. The RER B is a 17-minute walk away. The big plus is the parking space in the basement which is very helpful and that we can't find everywhere! I recommend it!

Clean, quiet accommodation and as advertised, I would even say better than in the photos. Very well located for what I had to do. Host was responsive and accommodating. Nothing to complain about, I recommend!

We stayed in this great accommodation for four days and enjoyed the time very much. The arrival was straightforward and the residential complex and parking lot easy to find. The flexible check-in via key boxes went smoothly. We were in contact with the host via chat the whole time and always got a quick response. The apartment and the entire house are in impeccable condition. The rooms are lovingly decorated and exceptionally clean. The host was very eager to make our stay as pleasant as possible and even provided us with two fans due to the warm weather. The environment is beautiful, well-maintained, quiet and with lots of greenery. A great Auchan supermarket for small purchases is right across the street. The train is only a 10-minute walk away, from there you can get to the center of Paris in a short time. We could easily visit Versailles and Disneyland by car. We definitely recommend it!

The accommodation captivated us live, it is beautiful in the photos, even more beautiful in reality. What surprised us was the terrace, which we did not expect at all according to the photos, and it was🤩. A small disadvantage is the creaking front door, when you hear the arrival of each tenant, but nothing that could not be solved and would significantly spoil our stay. The apartment is located on the main street, where you can hear the outside noise, but the shutters perfectly dampen the outside noise. There are several stops around the apartment, so transportation is not a problem :). In short, the accommodation exceeded our expectations, thank you :).

We loved staying at Ayanu’s flat! We had everything we needed in the kitchen, plenty of room, and the location was super! Close to groceries (5 min) and the RER B station (<10 min).

It was perfect. I felt like I was in my own home. I was on vacation in Zurich, Switzerland, for 2 weeks in a 5-star hotel. I decided to go on an adventure to see Paris for the first time, since I had 6 days left of my vacation at my company. A friend recommended this app to me and I went in and the first house I saw was Angie's. Being in that studio in Angie's house for me was like being in a 5-star hotel. Quiet, friendly. I had a problem with my cell phone and couldn't communicate and she helped me. I can only say good things about her. She welcomed me as if I were a very happy mother. I will repeat it

We appreciated the space. Most places closer to the heart of Paris at this price are much smaller. It felt comfortable and was a nice get-away from the big city. We were there for three weeks—partly for work, partly for pleasure. Taking the bus 194 to RER Robinson from Abbé Legrand bus stop worked great for us. Occasionally we walked to or from the train stop (15 minutes). If you need to be in central Paris like I did, this might not be ideal. I had to plan an hour for travel each way. If not, I highly recommend it.

Raphaelle was great! She was super responsive and very flexible. My flight came in early and she gave me an early checkin. Later in the week I wanted more towels, and she dropped them off. She is great.

Great stay for a good price. Being close to the metro station made it really easy to explore and the host was always responsive.
