Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Bourbon County

The house was quiet, comfortable, and clean. It was a short distance to everything we wanted to do in town. I will book it again and take my dogs. We had a great time and slept well.

I grew up in this small town and I had to come back for a graduation. The house was so comfortable. I never even left Millersburg. Usually, I’ll go in visit Lexington, but we stayed in the house played Uno, watch TV and made family dinners. The towels are soft, the house is homie and everybody was so kind.

One of the nicest, most comfortable places we have stayed with Airbnb. I think the cleanest place ever as well, which is always important to me. Highly recommend!!

We stayed here to attend a concert in Lexington. Was a nice landing place. Quiet. Not far from town. Affordable and comfortable. Beautiful property and drive there. I'd recommend this house to stay in.

We stayed during Thanksgiving week to celebrate the holiday with family. Beaux even offered the home to use for our Thanksgiving lunch and went out of his way to have all that we would need there to prepare and celebrate. We are eternally grateful for his kindness and hospitality. The time was everything we hoped it would be.

5 stars just isn't enough. Great communication from Steve and Lisa before and during the stay. Quiet peaceful location on a working horse farm, but only 20 minutes to downtown Lexington. Spacious layout was clean and comfortable. Fully apportioned kitchen, enormous master suite, cozy breakfast nook, open living area. Lots of history with modern amenities. Hardwood floors, high ceilings and crown molding along with satellite tv and fast Wi-Fi connection Short walk down the driveway to corrals with several retired and active racehorses. And then there's John-George and Sadie, the absolutely adorable donkeys, the highlight of our stay. Bring treats and you'll have new best friends for the duration of your stay. We will definitely be back.

This house is absolutely gorgeous! A hidden gem just 10 minutes from downtown Paris. I booked this property to stay at before my wedding with my bridesmaids. It was the perfect place to get ready the morning of the wedding! Gorgeous kitchen, spacious master bedroom/bathroom, and lots of natural lighting with a great view. Kimmy was a wonderful host and very helpful with any questions leading up to our trip. Would highly recommend this property and would love to stay there again!

Home was very clean and updated, with lots of room for all of us. Enjoyed your Christmas Tree, our family came together for a holiday get away. The large kitchen had several cooking items, new appliances and a dinning table for a large family. We traveled from Indiana and Tennessee, good half way point. Will definitely book again. we almost were not about to return and book with Air B n B but...David absolutely changed that and turned our past awful experience right side up!!! During a extremely busy weekend and sold out everywhere weekend , he was available and even let us check in early!!! we couldn't get over just how peaceful stress-free and felt like honestly we were at our home! they didn't hover or intrude . Will return !!

We really enjoyed our visit at Melanie’s. It a very attractive space with lots of live plants, comfy pillows and throws. You can’t beat the location across from Henry Clay’s home with walking trails and huge trees. Conveniently located close to Chevy Chase which has several cute places to eat and not far from downtown and Rupp Arena. We’ll definitely be back anytime we are in Lexington.

The space is cozy and welcoming. I didn’t use a lot of the amenities but if I did it would have been convenient. The kitchen had everything you need and the little living area was cozy. I watched some shows my last night in town and the futon couch was very comfy and she had some throw blankets which was nice. It was conveniently located for my needs and Molly was super responsive and accommodating. I had a travel mishap and came a day later than planned and she was very helpful making adjustments to my reservation. I’ll be booking this spot again when I come to town next.

I can’t express enough what this meant for me! Meeting James was the cherry on top! I felt at home and just loved being in his Air BnB! Recommended 100 percent! His place has everything and more that you could ever want. He is an absolute amazing host and I look forward to coming back again! It’s beautiful there and the duck family by his house and the rabbits I saw every morning and every night! What an awesome visit! Thank you Mr. James!

Quick overnight after traveling from Atlanta to Michigan. Toured the Mary Todd Lincoln museum and had a nice experience at the Bear and the Butcher and breakfast practically next door at Java Jukebox. Nice stay with everything provides.

Loved this little spot right downtown. Close to the restaurants, Wine shop, pub. Can’t complain!

I cannot say enough great things about Matt and the house! We traveled for a girls trip, Matt’s house was clean and safe. He responded to every question, politely and quickly! Recommend great restaurants, delicious food! I will definitely be booking with Matt again in the future!

This was a great place to stay, super clean and less than a mile from Rupp. We didn't get to make use of the host's suggestions for things to do this trip, but I'll already be looking forward to a second trip!

This is a gorgeous Air B-n-B, well cared for and clean. We had a delightful stay and everything we needed was there. It is also in a great Lexington neighborhood walkable to restaurants. Parking was easy. I'd gladly stay there again.
