Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Bourbon County

Great, pet-friendly location near the Kentucky Horse Park! We really loved having a fenced in yard for my dog, as well as an ample size kitchen and full laundry. The house was exactly as described, and was equipped with all basic amenities that you may need. It was such an easy and pleasant day for us!

Perfect location and place to stay. We are 5 friends who get together annually. Mark's place was walkable to the city, markets, live music on Thursday nights and lots of good restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms fit our group comfortably. Loved the hottub, the front porch with our morning coffee and the kichen had everything we needed. The added bonus was the cardinal nest with 2 babies. So fun! We'd definitely come back and stay here. Oh! Mark also wrangled up 5 bikes for us to ride the Legacy trail. Super fun. He was very responsive and an amazing host.

Had a blast. The zip line was a hit for the girls. They loved feeding horses. It was a great get away. We definitely will stay here again the next time we are in Lexington.

We’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnb’s and this is by far one of our favorites. The entire house and property are absolutely gorgeous. The rolling hills and pastoral views are incredible. This is one of those houses that you will definitely want to stay at again. Wish we could have stayed longer!!! Jon Seitz

We had a great stay. Donna was very friendly, accommodating, flexible, and prompt with communication. Accomodations were as described, very comfortable and peaceful. I am planning a girl's weekend with a friend from Nashville and we are thinking of booking this location.

I can’t say enough about what a beautiful home. Everything from the decor, to the comfort and cleanliness, to the coffee and creamer provided. The bed and linens were five star. We were also greeted with a bottle of wine and delicious snacks. What a great surprise! The location is perfect and in such a nice neighborhood. The neighbor and his beautiful dog came out on their back deck and were very nice. If we come back for the Railbird Festival again we will definitely try to get this home. We enjoyed our stay here so much! Perfect location to the Ark Encounter and easy drive to the Creation Museum. Peaceful and full of wildlife. We saw turkeys, rabbits and deer in the backyard! Every evening we would walk to the pond, sit on the bench and listen to the frogs! House is super clean with coffee and snacks available. Sheila is a great host and very responsive to any questions we had! I highly recommend Sheila's place and will stay here again if in the area!

we almost were not about to return and book with Air B n B but...David absolutely changed that and turned our past awful experience right side up!!! During a extremely busy weekend and sold out everywhere weekend , he was available and even let us check in early!!! we couldn't get over just how peaceful stress-free and felt like honestly we were at our home! they didn't hover or intrude . Will return !!

This apartment is absolutely gorgeous and so close to many historical points in Lexington. Anything you could have thought of they had it provided in the apartment it was very well stocked. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Sabrina’s second story apartment was nicely decorated and stocked. It included an updated kitchen. The unit had lots of books to read and comfortable furniture. There is even a portable sound machine in the back bedroom. I love it, anticipating guest’s need for those of us who are light sleepers. The location was near a green space, and I enjoyed a quick jog through the adjoining neighborhoods.

Loved this apartment! Midway is adorable and the perfect location for seeing our favorite distilleries. Buffalo Trace, Castle & Key, Woodford, Wild Turkey, Larriken. What we did not anticipate is how utterly beautiful the countryside is…the rolling hills…amazing horse farms…just spectacular. When in town - Don Jockeys is a must. The gelato was yummy. Would definitely visit again!

We had a great time at this location. There was this great place down the road with shops, eateries, a lovely coffee place. It was in walking distance. The beds were very comfortable , and we felt right a home. There was even a small porch with a table and chairs.

My wife and I loved Rebecca’s place! The location and surroundings are amazing! Our favorite part was the back patio area! Rebecca was always responsive to any questions we had during and before our stay! Would definitely recommend and plan to stay again in the future when in the Lexington/Georgetown area.

We had such a comfortable stay that it was hard to leave. Great location to base yourself for a while and a real oasis to return to at the end of the day.

We can’t say enough good thinks about this space! It was decorated beautifully and had absolutely everything we needed at our fingertips. We loved how well the bathroom was stocked with towels and toiletries and had tons of good hooks and storage areas for all of our stuff. The kitchen was gorgeous and well-furnished. The bedrooms were cozy and comfortable. We’d highly recommend this place and would love to return!
