Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Bourbon County

Absolutely loved Sarah's place! One of the best kitchens in an air bnb and the softest bed ever! Everything was clean, tidy, and comfortable! Would recommend to anyone who wants to visit Lexington!

I can't enough about how great this place was. Super nice. Super clean. it's a great neighborhood with lots of things to do in close proximity, even walking distance. I felt like I was home. An awesome stay on a beautiful property in horse country. So quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch and taking in the view. We were in town for a music festival and the location was great! Just far enough away from the traffic of the city but close enough to still be convenient.

Had a blast. The zip line was a hit for the girls. They loved feeding horses. It was a great get away. We definitely will stay here again the next time we are in Lexington.

I stayed here with my pre-teen granddaughter while we took on some local attractions. She was charmed by this cute place, as was I. Paige provided oodles of recommendations for restaurants and things to do. She was super responsive to questions. My dog was safe and secure inside the tall board fence. We enjoyed dog walks around the neighborhood and there are several cute restaurants within a few blocks. The home is located on the corner of one busy street and one quiet street, but the road noise was not noticeable at all at night and we slept great. Parking was easy off the quiet side street and the home felt private from the neighbors. It was too warm to wish to use the outdoor fireplace, but everything was there if we had wished to do so. Should I return to Lexington I would certainly want to stay here again, super place for pets and people!

I can’t say enough about what a beautiful home. Everything from the decor, to the comfort and cleanliness, to the coffee and creamer provided. The bed and linens were five star. We were also greeted with a bottle of wine and delicious snacks. What a great surprise! The location is perfect and in such a nice neighborhood. The neighbor and his beautiful dog came out on their back deck and were very nice. If we come back for the Railbird Festival again we will definitely try to get this home. we almost were not about to return and book with Air B n B but...David absolutely changed that and turned our past awful experience right side up!!! During a extremely busy weekend and sold out everywhere weekend , he was available and even let us check in early!!! we couldn't get over just how peaceful stress-free and felt like honestly we were at our home! they didn't hover or intrude . Will return !!

We had a great stay during our KY trip to celebrate a graduation. Easy walk to Rupp. Charming apartment home with lots of room and everything you need! We Definitley would stay here again. Thanks Tony and team for a wonderful “home base” while in Lexington! 😎

The house is divided into three rental spaces, each is private and has its own entrance. I stayed in #1. The apartment isn't huge but it's comfortable and perfect for one or two people. I love the clawfoot bathtub! A major advantage is how close it is to Rupp Arena/Convention Center, just about 2 blocks. The neighborhood has restricted parking and two permits are provided so parking is easy. You really can't beat staying here when attending an event at Rupp/CC. The hosts were above-and-beyond accommodating and helpful and very responsive. I plan to stay here again for the next event!

The place was just as described. It was clean and beds were very comfortable. Very walkable to Asbury Seminary. We loved the keyless entry as our flight was delayed and we didn't get into Wilmore until 2am, but with quick communication it was no problem for the host. I would stay here again if we return to Wilmore.

This is a gorgeous Air B-n-B, well cared for and clean. We had a delightful stay and everything we needed was there. It is also in a great Lexington neighborhood walkable to restaurants. Parking was easy. I'd gladly stay there again.

Can’t say enough good things about the hosts and their condo. It was perfect for the week! I didn’t care for the garage, but that was on me for bringing a large vehicle. Next time I will bring one of my smaller vehicles.

Our stay at this beautiful and unique Airbnb was nothing short of amazing! The industrial design elements gave the space a modern yet cozy feel, making it a perfect blend of style and comfort. The location was fantastic, with a plethora of restaurants and live music venues a short walk away. It was the ideal spot for our family of six adults, providing ample space and all the amenities we needed. Wesley was a good host the place was nice as advertised

Wesley's place was a charming, historic home with modern updates. It was tastefully decorated, clean with comfortable beds. It's in a great location, walkable to downtown, Rupp arena and UKY. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Definitely recommend.

Great place to stay in Lexington! Super convenient location - so close to downtown and were able to easily get to Keeneland (purpose of the stay). Ran into a small hiccup when checking in as the code to the door lock didn't work, but David was super responsive and got us in within seconds! Enjoyed the rooftop terrace too. One thing to note, the place has its own parking garage in the building which is very convenient because you get two spots to park in, but the garage is really small so I'd recommend planning to park a sedan/small car in the space. We were very close to not being able to park our truck in the garage due to tight squeeze. Great stay in the city though!
