Le logement est proche de restaurants, d’activités adaptées aux familles, de la vie nocturne, de la rivière et principalement des sites touristiques importants dans la région.

Located in Périgord Noir with its castles, archeology, gastronomy. A warm welcome awaits you. In winter, plan for €10/day for heating. In June, July and August, please rent by the week, from Saturday to Saturday

⚠️ Please read all rules. Accommodation 5 minutes by car from the historic center of Sarlat. Private swimming pool for the use of tenants for a family of up to 3 children. Please note that there are no children who can't swim. The rental is from Saturday to Saturday or from Sun to Sun. Booking is for a minimum of one week in July and August. The rental includes a living room 18 m2 + a bedroom 15 m2 + a bathroom + a terrace 25 m2 + an enclosed garden 200 m2 + parking.

Our cottage "Le Chalet" (50m2) is ideal for a couple with young children. Located in front of the playground, you can relax on the terrace while watching your loulous playing in the park… You have at your disposal garden furniture and hard barbecue. You will have access to the heated pool and Spa (from mid-April to late September depending on the weather) as well as the landscaped park (these areas are to be shared with the hosts of our other cottages).

Gite for 2 and possibility to put an extra bed for a child. Ideal setting in the countryside in the middle of the reeds. Located in the center of the department (halfway Perigueux and Bergerac)and less than an hour to all tourist sites (Les Eysies ,Sarlat,Lascaux )
