Family-friendly vacation rentals in Boulazac Isle Manoire

We were greeted by Lucille , who spoke perfect English and Monsieur . We were shown all about the house, how to operate the jacuzzi and given excellent recommendations for the area. The booklet was invaluable particularly for village market days. The house is so attractively deco and so comfortable with everything you need to make your stay troubles free and relaxing. As we are from Australia we loved cooking outside on the BBQ. Being supplied with wraps for the jacuzzi was much appreciated as was the jacuzzi after climbing lots of steps visiting the castles. Our hosts all came to farewell us which was a lovely friendly touch. We thank you all for your lovely home and generous spirit of welcome. This is an excellent Perigord base and we strongly recommend it.

Happy and warm week. Very bright accommodation with floor-to-ceiling windows everywhere. Nothing is missing to live your vacation well, everything is clean. It is missing a microwave and a kettle; eco-friendly fireplace is required. The photos were well taken as the trees have since grown on the panoramic view. Hot tub very welcome. Safety improvements offered especially for children: missing railings throughout the basement including behind ping pong, sliding door of the 1-seater bedroom, ... Beautiful area with many remarkable activities and sights.

We had a wonderful stay at april and max’s (4 adults and a 1 and 4 year old). The house is in a beautiful and peaceful setting with lots of lovely places a short drive away. April and Max were such warm and kind hosts - we had a minor incident with one of our children while on holiday and they couldn’t have been more helpful. The house was clean and had everything we needed with great facilities - we felt it was better in real life than the pictures. We would definitely return if coming back to the area 😊

We had a lovely stay at La Florelie. The setting is really beautiful, quiet and relaxing. Total relaxation. Thanks to Simon for hosting us as well as Beau and Belle ;) I recommend it and we will come back without hesitation.

Armand and Stéphanie were fabulous, friendly and considerate hosts. The location is great and peaceful, a magnificent restoration work has been done. A plus for the beautiful jacuzzi that we couldn't use for weather reasons, but that's only part of it. You can go there without so much as a second thought (not too much because you have to look at the road), you won't be disappointed.

A fantastic week away in a beautiful property within stunning surroundings. Had a very relaxing break and loved the pool, hot tub and sauna. Our young adult son made the most of the gym and we enjoyed a couple of hikes and bike rides in the idyllic countryside. The house is truly wonderful and Paul is a fabulous host who is very responsive. Look forward to returning some time soon.

Amandine and Cédric's house is really well suited for a family stay with children and friends (especially when the weather is good). Very convenient location for visiting the area and the caves of Lascaux. Communication was very seamless with the hosts. We'll be happy to go back!

Caroline and Gilles are very warm and friendly hosts who were immediately available for questions. The listing is as described in the photos. It's a really extraordinary, very large apartment. The living room (formerly the station hall) resembles a museum, Caroline and Gilles have collected old station utensils and pictures and exhibited them there. House and garden are lovingly restored and designed, the two have invested a lot of work (and money) to make the old train station a wonderful accommodation. There is nothing missing in the kitchen. The center of Le Bugue is about 1 km away, via the beautiful bike path "voie verte" it is 4 km. We really enjoyed the bike tours and our accommodation. I also enjoyed the personal contact and a little "chat" in the evening, so I could use the "rusty" French skills again. Thank you for everything!

This house is an absolute gem. Perfectly located for exploring Castelnaud Chateau and other local sights. The garden view is lovely and is great fun when the balloons float past! A beautiful, characterful cottage in the heart of this historic village.

Sarlat was special to us! With Christmas approaching, it was complete. The city is small but charming! The Christmas market, very cheerful and welcoming, made a place in our hearts! It was a great place to choose and visit numerous sites in the region. The apartment is exactly as described. The cost-benefit was valuable to us. If I had known Sarlat before, as well as the apartment, I would spend Christmas there! It would have been magical! Thanks host! I'll be back if the world doesn't end first!

I highly recommend Pascale's accommodation, everything is perfect, the location, the equipment, the environment (the countryside in the city!), the shops nearby not to mention the hosting which is great! For sure we will come back!

We've just stayed at Anne's place for a week and had the most wonderful holiday. It had everything we could have wished for and more. Perfect for our 3 year old with so much to do for him and the pool was secured with a fence. There are so many games and spaces to explore. Location was superb and we are already looking forward to returning. Thank you Anne for giving us the best week!

The location of the accommodation in the region is perfect. But even better if you want solitude and quiet in a garden. Everything is possible in the chicken coop! And Agnes and her family are both very welcoming and very discreet. I loved it.

We were warmly welcomed in this cozy nest located five minutes drive from the center of Sarlat. Everything you need to cook is available, the bedding is comfortable and Sophie's little touches are really appreciated. The wood burning stove brings a touch of charm to this cocoon!

We loved our stay so much and look forward to returning. The house and extensive grounds are quite beautiful and very peaceful. Perfect in every way. Diana and her husband were perfect hosts and made us feel so welcome.

Linda and Alex's villa is in a beautiful & peaceful location, it has a fantastic swimming pool and beautiful gardens with lots of things to do – table tennis, swimming, boules, & relaxing 😌 The area is wonderful with lots of River swimming and beautiful towns all within a 10/15 minute drive We will definitely be returning

The location was peaceful and calm, and the house was well maintained and spacious. The garden was well kept. It was a great place to spend a week.

We had a very good week's vacation: the cottage is very nice as well as the terrace and pool. Our 5 and 8 year old daughters also enjoyed the place very much. Many possible visits in the area, we recommend it!

Great, clean and light! Lovely calm environment

We had a brilliant week at David and Jo's. The cottage was beautiful, with gorgeous old features but also up to date and pristine. Photos make it look lovely but it's even better in real life! Everything you need, including sharp kitchen knives and the most comfortable bed I've slept in in a while. Stunning surroundings and so peaceful. Had great fun in the pool and trying to play tennis! Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. David and Jo were such lovely, kind hosts. Have already recommended it to friends and family. Really hope we get to return.

We had a fantastic stay at Rigal - Jackie and Chris were the perfect hosts. We were 2 couples and 2 toddlers and both us and the boys had a fantastic time on the farm - and when the weather was misbehaving on the first couple of days, the place had loads of toys to entertain the kids. Rigal is a very beautiful place and is extremely peaceful - the only noisy neighbours are the animals on the farm! It’s an easy drive from Bergerac airport and very easy to find; it’s also out the way enough to feel secluded without being inaccessible. We’ll definitely come back and will recommend to friends and family.

We had a fabulous stay at this beautiful Gite. The Gite was lovely and more than met the needs of the four of us. The grounds are stunning and so peaceful. We were blessed with good weather and being able to use the pool and relax in and enjoy the grounds helped make this a perfect stay. Fabi and Steve were wonderful hosts, and gave us lots of helpful information. They responded quickly to any queries we had. We highly recommend this property and hope that we will be able to visit again sometime.
