Unique character cottage, with a mix of traditional and contemporary features. Situated within the village of Talgarth, nestled in the foothills of the Black mountains in the Brecon Beacons national park. Just 10 miles from Brecon to the West and 7 miles from the famous book town Hay on Wye to the East. Situated in a very quiet back lane with parking in front of property for one car, ( additional parking available 200 meters down the road.) Cosy lounge with leather sofa and comfy chairs, log burner for cwtching on an evening. Modern kitchen. Downstairs toilet, dining room, garden with seating, two bedrooms, one double and two singles which can be made up to a double if you wish. Bathroom with toilet, bath and separate walk in power shower.

Spacious self-contained room. Spectacular setting!

Large private double bedroom, with king size bed, ensuite with shower cubicle. The property is adjacent to the Wye Valley walk and approx 2 miles from Builth Wells. The bedroom is in a converted barn with its own access. Ideally located for walkers and easy access to the Royal Show Ground. Please note that the access to the house is via a fairly steep and narrow lane (last section is a track with loose gravel), not suitable for HGVs. We now provide super fast internet!! The Cwtch, Boughrood, Bochrwyd.

The Cwtch is an absolutely delightful, oak beamed studio to sleep two adults, in a king (& 2 children on a sofa bed) in a beautiful, old stone converted farm building. King size bed, shower room and basic self catering facilities. Bochrwyd is a tiny village with an excellent village shop and a pub, both within 5 minutes walk! We are very close to the Begwyn hills, Black mountains and the Beacons. Hay-on Wye, Brecon and Builth are 15 minutes away. Sofa bed bedding and cot available if required.
