The stay with Murilo was a great experience, the apartment is very well distributed and is located in a very quiet and safe area. Nearby were supermarkets, pharmacies, places to eat and drink. The people in the residential complex are always very friendly and willing to help with any questions. The apartment is beautiful, it has all the amenities and Murilo is a luxury host, he was always attentive to us, when we asked for other amenities to make our stay more pleasant, he was always willing to help and collaborate. Botucatú is a beautiful, very quiet city and Murilo's apartment is an ideal place to enjoy all the tranquility and peace. Highly recommended!!

For a period of time, we have been staying at this location and we only have to thank you. The space is comfortable, extremely clean and with everything we needed for a quiet stay. The location is excellent, close to the center, which made our commutes very easy. Having an available parking lot was also an important differential. Also, we were very well received by the host, always considerate and helpful. We recommend it for sure and, if possible, we will be back!

Clean environment, all in the condominium respecting the rules of distancing and wearing masks, even in the pool area! After so long without going to the movies, the children loved the opportunity of a private session with popcorn 🍿 and everything! Gratitude 🙏🏾

I rented this apartment for 2 months and never regretted my choice. Victor was very responsive and arranged for the cleaning service 3 times during my stay. Whenever I needed to do the laundry, Victor gave me the free tokens. The area has many restaurants, and a good supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away. The surroundings are safe for walking. If I have a chance to revisit Botucatu, I would rent this apartment again. Thank you, Victor!
