We built this cottage on the grounds of our house, in Vila Ecológica Santa Rita, in the heart of Demetria, in Botucatu-SP. The project was conceived by Bioarchitect Tomaz Lotufo. We used demolition wood and bricks, and Mariana Cintra, ourselves and the Athias team built adobe walls, with impeccable finishing! Quiet location, equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed, private outdoor bathroom attached to the house, balcony with sunset view, cerrado forest and ecological trail.

Easy access by asphalt highway and 400 meters by dirt road to the farm.

Beautiful farmhouse 3 minutes from Demétria neighborhood and 15 minutes from the center of Botucatu. If you want to rest and get in touch with nature here is the place to be. Playground for children, pool, barbecue, Hammock, fireplace, fire pit, pizza oven, equipped kitchen. We have wi fi. Large living room with an indoor fireplace. We accept small dogs and a maximum of two dogs up to 15kg. We host a maximum of 8 people.
